We had a wonderful stay and would definitely book this property again. Check-in was easy and hassle-free, and the neighborhood felt very safe with friendly neighbors. The house was the perfect size for our family of four and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay.One of our favorite features was the dock. We spent a lot of time fishing and caught several different varieties of fish, which made for some great family memories. The location was also excellent—just a few minutes' drive from the beach.The host was fantastic, very responsive to any questions we had, and even accommodated our request to extend our stay, which we greatly appreciated. Overall, this was a great experience, and we highly recommend this property to anyone looking for a relaxing and enjoyable getaway.

my kids were unable to open the back door due to how hard it is to move, grill burners are corroded and it does not heat evenly or higher than 250F, kitchenware is extremely old/cheap, the pier is shared w/ neighbors who were taking our personal items (though they returned once confronted), signs of mold/humidity in ductwork (thankfully we didn't stay long), very poor insulation so no privacy within the space and can hear everything from upstairs neighbor or through doors/walls, golf cart was an extra charge and is not included as suggested in description, owner is trying to charge pet fees contradictory to the description and ignoring laws around service animals.

Very disappointing experience — poor communication and refund handlingUnfortunately, our stay was extremely disappointing. Shortly after arriving, we found multiple issues with the property that made us uncomfortable staying there. Things like ants, very dirty walls, pillows, terrible water pressure, etc. We contacted the host and explained our concerns, and the host ultimately offered us a full refund if we checked out and left the property. We specifically asked whether leaving immediately would result in a full refund, and the host responded, “Yes, I’m sorry.” After we left based on that agreement, the communication regarding the refund became confusing and inconsistent. The host later began questioning whether we had used certain things in the property and stated that they intended to deduct expenses, despite previously confirming that we would receive a full refund. We also had difficulty getting clear communication and were left waiting while the host said they were waiting on Vrbo. Overall, the experience was stressful and not what we expected from a vacation rental. With our terrible experience, we hope to help others not make the same mistakes!

Sounds like you really loved the place, not sure why we didn't hit that 5 star mark. I'm guessing it must have been the lack of catching fish. I don't think it was my fault but i guess it did affect your stay

My husband and I wanted to take a fishing trip with his parents, but wanted to have accommodations for them due to their age. This home offered us exactly what we were seeking. Excellent space, clean, comfortable with amazing water views and steps away from accessing the spacious 2 story dock. Fishing and bulding memories with our family. Wonderful Stay!
