Such a perfect place to stay for us and our needs! LOVED how as soon as you walked in, you could smell how clean the place was! Hosts were very attentive and constantly making sure we were good. Kids enjoyed the pool! No complaints from our group. Very nice place and would definitely stay here again!!

The host was very easy to communicate with and very helpful. The location was great only a couple minutes from whitecap beach or any of the access roads and any amenities you need.

We only stayed 3 nights with Mom and two teen girls. Presented with a long cleaning list reminders for guests to perform. Be prepared to constantly clean and take the trash to the street if you stay on Thursday. Owner did not inform us the pest control service was going to enter inside the house unlocked door with out knocking first. Scared my daughters to see a strange man unlock the door and enter. Water service was out for one morning.

I do apologize for pest control. I have communicated with them about giving guests the courtesy of knocking and not entering unless guest allows. I will talk to their management to assure this doesn’t happen again. We are a small family run home vacation rental so we do have a more extensive check out list than does a hotel. It is standard industry procedure. This allows housekeeping to be able to clean in a timely manner for the next guest. I apologize if you felt it to be too inconvenient for you. I was unaware of any water outage. That is something that has never happened. In the future please notify the owner about any such things. We wish you the best and so hope you find a place that you can enjoy the next time you visit the Texas coast!

great little place

This was perfect for our family. It was super close to the beach and the kids enjoyed the pool next door on our non beach days. Loved all the cute beach themed decor as well.

Communication was prompt and very helpful. The house was just what we were looking for. Plenty of indoor and outdoor space, great location for bouncing around the island for different activities we had planned. Would definitely stay here again when we are back in the area!

As described and accessible!

The condo was exactly as described in the listing and pictures. I wanted to stay somewhere handicap/wheelchair accessible and this condo was great: No stairs entryway, two close reserved parking spots, a walk-in shower (with small lip only), and a spacious living room. The location is also great. It is only a very short drive to the beach which is perfect for the price.

Spring Break trip for Tucker Family

We LOVED this property and the owners! Easy check in, great communication, we had everything we needed, extra paper towels and washing detergent was a big plus! The location is near everything you may need and just a quick drive to white cap beach! Plenty of room for our kiddos. The pool was really nice and well kept! It was very quiet in the evenings and we felt very safe. We will book again with Ruben and Deanna! Thank you so much!

Beautiful and charming

The hosts thought of all of the things we might need while vacationing, including sand toys and beach gear. There was more than enough space for my family of seven. The three tvs in the unit were great for when we ready to unwind at the end of the night and were all able to watch our favorite shows

Very nice cabana nice stay

To start the pictures are accurate and the house is as described. We loved the location it is on the island outside of the city but a easy trip back to attractions in the city. The cabana was clean and very well stocked. We loved setting out on the patio and eating at the outside table. When we arrived I had an issue with the WIFI and my call to the owners was promptly answered and the issue was resolved. We would recommend this property to anyone coming to the area and would rent it again if we came back to the area.

Home away from home

I was constantly amazed and impressed by the touches that made this property comfortable and inviting. They thought of everything! I’ve never stayed in such a well-stocked, clean, cozy place before. The owners were a joy to deal with, the place was quiet and had all the amenities we hoped for, and it was close to everything we needed. Don’t hesitate - this is the place!! We had such a great vacation that we’re planning to make it a yearly thing, and we’re excited to stay at this home every year. My only wish is that the mattresses are updated soon (showing their age!), but the rest of the experience was so fabulous that I’d stay here again in a heartbeat even if they weren’t. Thank you for sharing your fabulous property with us and for making our time on Padre so wonderful. We’ll be back!

Private getaway

This home offers complete privacy as the home does not actually connect with any other units. The locking option on the gate is an added safety plus. The homeowner was prompt to address any concerns we had during our stay. We recommend this property a thousand times over!

We are a beach loving family of 6. San Antonio is our home and North Padre Island is our home away from home. My husband is a USAF veteran of the 1ST Gulf War. He is currently self employed. I have been a teacher for 24 years and have been a preschool teacher at a private school for the last 17 years. Our daughter is currently getting her masters and our son serves in the USAF Reserves.

Why they chose this property

We love the North Padre Island area. We have been vacationing here since we were children. We chose this location because it feels like home to us. Love that it is detached from the other units which gives us plenty of privacy. The private yard gives us a serene place to hang out and relax. It is also centrally located to all restaurants and water sports.

What makes this property unique

We love the private yard, no shared walls and overall beachy feel of the cabana. As well as its close proximity to the beach.
