Seascape Lakefront Villa 136, located at Seascape Resort, is a brightly decorated two-story vacation rental cottage that will make sure you are in the best mood for your vacation here in Destin, FL! With multiple pools on site (seasonally heated), a gorgeous view overlooking Stewart lake, and just steps to the beach from the white sands and emerald green waters, this vacation rental cottage in Destin makes for the perfect getaway in any season! The lake is stocked with fish and other aquatic life so you may just walk away with a duckling for a friend by the end of your stay! You will also fall in love with the rocking chairs located on the private screened-in patio right off the master. This two-story 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom cottage features a full kitchen and a dining area that can seat 6. This vacation rental cottage is also equipped with a washer/dryer, and a double screened-in porch on both floors and sleeps 8 comfortably.

Upon entering this vacation rental in Destin, Seascape Lakefront Villa 136, you will immediately notice all the bright colors and the natural lighting that fills the rooms. The spacious living area offers access to a private screened-in patio with tranquil lake views, an HDTV, and a queen sleeper sofa, as well as plenty of comfortable seating. The kitchen is fully equipped with appliances and everything you would need to prepare a home-cooked meal. Two bar stools accompany the breakfast bar for additional dining seating. The master bedroom is a king suite on the second floor with access to the screened-in private balcony overlooking the lake, an HDTV, as well as a master bath with a shower/tub combination and his and her sinks. The second bedroom is on the first floor and it’s perfect for the kids with two twin beds, TV, and an attached bathroom. The third bedroom is located on the second floor across from the master and offers a full bed. Enjoy a seasonally heated outdoor community pool conveniently located directly across from where the vacation rental condo is located and the beach access just across the road.

Seascape Resort offers easy beach access, a brand new Seascape Towne Centre, an 18-hole golf course, and more! Nearby you will find local seafood restaurants, shopping, Parasailing, Waverunner Rentals, Kayak rentals, and more!

Initially there was an issue with our parking pass, but it was rectified quickly. The property owner was wonderful to work with as well. The unit is very quiet, especially considering it is such a short distance to the beach and Scenic Hwy 98. We hope to return there soon!

An Amazing Month!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: My wife and I work from home and decided to try working from home at Destin Palms. With this we had different needs then just having a place to stay we needed a true home away from home. The location is perfect, easy walk to the beach, there's a beach bar we had mudslides and Long Island iced teas. Theres also a beachside restaurant called Surf Hut we really loved! The place also had every kitchen appliance you would need of so I made every kind of Pina Colada you can imagine. The grounds are worth exploring around. There's a very cute gazebo along a boardwalk pier on a little lake people golf around. This place is simply perfect! It you want to do what we did and take your home office on the road this place is ideal!

The property was very nice. There was plenty of room for my large family.

I would recommend a second beach entrance. Even though we were right across the street from the beach, we had a longer walk than anticipated because there was only one entrance since the property is fenced in.

Any needs/questions property management was quick to respond in a friendly manner! Enjoyed watching the turtles in the lake out back and walking the path to pick up morning coffee. Everything we needed was right there... beach chairs, umbrella, and a fully stocked kitchen. Super happy with the cleanliness and location!!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We really enjoyed our stay at your place. It was well stocked and in good shape. We happened to be there right before they were closing the beaches for the Covid 19, so it was nice to be in a pretty location/environment as things were being shut down. The only downside was that instead of having access to chairs and an umbrella at the beach, we were given a credit for LiveWell30A which does not work on the umbrellas at the beach. That was disappointing. We ended up having to buy our own chairs and umbrella due to the expense of renting.

Excellent except for parking pass

Condo was very nice and clean. The only issue we had was with the parking pass. I wasn’t aware that I had to purchase one and the instructions on where to get one weren’t very clear especially if it’s your first time here. I had to use my GPS to figure out where Dunes I is. Other than that everything was excellent.

Directions should have been given to the hotel...

Directions should have been given to the hotel where you have to purchase a parking pass prior to your arrival. Also instructions to enter the gated community prior to arrival. The condo was nice, fans on the screened in porches would have been nice as all the other condos have fans on the porches?
