Pros: the location was great. A very nice deck in the front with lovely Furniture to sit on. There was parking either in the front or on the side of the property which was very convenient. The beds were comfortable and overall was very easy access to everything that we wanted to see.Cons: the kitchen pans were pretty well used. The bathroom needed a lot of attention. Mold and poor condition ofcaulkingaround the tub noted. There was some kind of splattered substance on the wall behind the door. Mattress padlooks like it had not been properly laundered and the mattress cover itself had stains that looked like blood or chocolate. In one of the bedrooms.

Perfect spot

Overall great stay! Perfect location and in walking distance to everything. Only negatives were the beds were hard and lights were not plugged in. With a bar next door, someone threw up on our walkway.

Right there!

We were able to park our cars and never needed them again! We were walking distance to everything- cafes, wineries, restaurants, shops. We loved supporting the local businesses and the fact that we could drop off or leftovers or bags and be right back on track.

Great location to Downtown

This stay was perfect for our needs! It was a mere block away from the main downtown area of Nashville, but tucked on a back road that didn't have foot traffic. We had all the basics that we needed in the home, and the two bedrooms was perfect for us (a grandma, mother, & daughter trio). The bedrooms were both large enough that our Pack-n-play could fit in either one. The radiant heaters worked well and kept each room cozy. The living room TV worked well, though Wi-Fi was just a bit spotty. Overall, it was a great stay!
