The apartment is the attic of a 5-storey building with an elevator. It consists of a bedroom, a bathroom, a large living room-kitchen and a terrace.
In the entrance there is a large wardrobe and a closet that allow you to stow many things. The bathroom with window has a large shower.
the bedroom with its own wardrobe overlooks the terrace and has a wonderful sea view with a large window. Lying in bed you can see the sea !.
the large living room has a large kitchen where you can cook and a table for 8 people. In the same room there is a lounge with sofas and sofa beds. the living room overlooks the large terrace of over 20sqm with an extraordinary view of the harbor, the bay of Nice and the mountains. in spring and autumn see the snow-capped Alps and the blue sea is extraordinary.
The apartment is very bright and airy because it has dual air, and is also particularly peaceful and quiet.

We loved our 5-night stay at this lovely apartment in Antibes with magnificent views across the harbour and beyond. The host, Laura, could not have been more helpful and we would highly recommend staying here as you will not be disappointed!

Apartment with a great view and location

This apartment is in an excellent location, with a view of the marina. It is within a short walk to the old town, market, shops, restaurants, beach and train station. The building is showing it's age but the apartment was spacious and clean although it to was starting to show signs of aging below the surface (shower draining slowly, faded cushions) Overall we were happy with our stay here!

Excellent stay in Antibes.

Wonderful stay. Apartment is clean, spacious, and well equipped with an unbelievable view of Port Vauban, the Bay of Angels and the Alps. The location was perfect with a lift to the fifth floor apartment. Walkable to any part of Antibes. Plenty of restaurants, cafes, shopping, and services nearby. Owners were responsive and pleasant. Highly recommend.

Wonderful accommodation in Antibes

My spouse and I loved this accommodation in Antibes with its homey feel, excellent sun and light exposure, spectacular ocean view and central location. The spacious suite had all the comforts and room to make this your base to explore from and then come back to for a pleasant evening on the deck. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay!

This place is A-MAZING. If you want sunrise over the ocean (from the comfort of your bed): check. If you want 270 degree stunning sea/mountain/old town panorama: check. Lovely apartment in a great location

Very convenient, a four minute walk from the train station and only a few steps into the old town. Worked well for two adults and two teens. No hesitation in recommending.

We thoroughly enjoyed our 5 nights stay. The apartment is as listed with the terrace and view the outstanding feature. The location is great for walking to all- restaurants, museums, old town and the beach. The owner communicates well before and during the stay. Would recommend.

Amazing modern and spacious penthouse, ideal location

My wife and I had a wonderful stay - the location was perfect (5 minute walk from the train station, 5 minute walk into the heart of old Antibes and the harbour), and the apartment was modern, clean and very spacious. Lots of light as well - the view from the patio is amazing. Thank you!!

Holiday from the beginning

Beautiful, spacious flat with a wonderfully large terrace and a fabulous view over the entire bay, the marina, all the way to the peaks of the Maritime Alps! 5 minutes walk to the old town area with many nice restaurants and shops. Completely uncomplicated and reliable handling by the host. In short: pure relaxation!

Perfect Antibes holiday home.

I was already aware of the location of the apartment from previous visits to Antibes , so knew it would be good. But on stepping on to the balcony I could see the fabulous view , ever changing as the days went by . Truly stunning. All communication with Laura was prompt and welcoming. So much to do in Antibes and the surrounding area . It really helped having both the train and bus station about 5 minutes walk away. Thank you.

Incomparable View!

This property is all about the view from the terrace which spans from the Maritime Alps in the background all the way to the yacht harbor and Antibe‘s old town with the Picasso Museum. Spending time on the terrace over dinner was a wonderful experience, making the apartment more than an opportunity to spend the nights. As for the apartment itself, everything worked and we had what we needed. Thank you.

Nice apartment with even nicer view

We spent a very nice week in this apartment, with the large terrace overlooking the harbor and sea beyond. When arriving the floor were not really very clean, and there was no coffee brewer or regular toaster, but otherwise everything was ok. We also realized that we hadn't noticed in the add that there was no dish washer. We just assumed that at this price, there would be one. However, since we were only two persons, that was no real problem. We also had missed in the add that smoking was allowed, and when realizing this a few days before going there, we got really worried that the apartment would smell a lot of tobacco smoke. That turned out not to be a problem, there was no smell of smoking. The location is great, close to the old parts of Antibes. Parking was less of a problem than we thought. Although packed with tourists, we could almost always park in Rue Honoré Ferrare, just one block away.

Beautiful, spacious apartment with fantastic view. Close to old town Antibes (5 minute walk) yet in a quiet and not touristy neighborhood. Close to the water and a sand (not rock) beach and a swimmable cove. Comfortable bed, lots of extra linens and beach equipment available. Great deck/patio.

Vue incroyable

Très bel appartement avec une très grande terrasse donnant sur le port Vauban. La vue est exceptionnelle. L appartement est situé à 5mn du centee d Antibes et est au calme. Très confortable et bien climatisé. Je mets 4 étoiles car l immeuble aurait besoin d une bonne désinsectisation. Sinon rien a redire l appartement est magnifique.
