At the foot of the Valescure Golf Course, and 10 minutes from the fine sandy beaches, in a small, quiet and fully secure high-end condominium with a garden and swimming pool, we offer this magnificent 54.43 m² one-bedroom apartment. It can be rented separately but can be combined with its twin, creating a single apartment to accommodate an entire family of 8 people.

The apartment is fully air-conditioned and has fiber optic internet.
It is composed of a bedroom with a double bed (160/200) as well as a sofa bed (140/190) in the living room, a bathroom with an Italian shower, a separate toilet, a fully equipped kitchen opening onto the living room and a large terrace.

Nous avons passé une très belle semaine de vacances à st Raphaël. Appartement très propre est bien équipé, résidence bien entretenue. La piscine est très appréciable ! Nous reviendrons
