Beautiful sea view and pool area

We are very satisfied with our stay. The pool area is amazing. It also feels very safe with the lifeguards and staff looking after all the guests. The pool area is very clean. We had to rent sunchairs everyday because the sunchairs that is free of charge was occupied. We paid 28 € for two chairs every time which is a little expensive. The apartment is nice and the seavewiev from the balcony is fantastic. The apartment is a little to small for 2 adults and 3 kids.. But it worked out just fine. We were happy. Sigrid who welcomed us was very sweet and helpfully. Thank you very much. Christophe answers rapidly every time we had a question. Many thanks to you as well. Very nice place and safe place to go on vacation with kids.

Magnifique village de vacances

Réservation aisée sur le site abritel Communication claire, professionnelle et très agréable avec Sigrid. Un grand merci pour votre disponibilité et gentillesse. Le village « Cap Esterel » est tout simplement splendide avec la vue d’un côté la mer (balcon) et de l’autre côté la montagne. On trouve tout type de commerce sur place (boulangerie, bars, restaurants, pizzeria) et une petite supérette (U - prix +30% plus cher mais très pratique pour le dépannage). Deux piscines une chauffée (26*) l’autre non chauffée (un peu froid pour la saison). Des activités (yoga, gymn, danse, promenade, cinéma, …) sont organisées tout au long de la journée. Cannes, Saint Raphael, Frejus, Saint Maxime, Saint Tropez sont de 1/2 à 1h de route. Belles plages, calanques, restaurants en bord de mer.

Très bon séjour

Séjour du 6 au 13 août 2022. Superbes paysages, appartement conforme au descriptif. Très bien situé. Village vacances complet nous avons bien profité.

Schoon en netjes appartement op een mooie locatie

Fijn appartement met een prachtig uitzicht op de zee. Goed onderhouden en schoon bij aankomst. Wij hebben een ontzettend mooie vakantie gehad en het contact met de eigenaar was altijd zeer prettig. Onze kinderen hebben heerlijk genoten van het zwembad. Een echte aanrader!

détente

très jolie prestation au niveau de l'appartement, une vue superbe sur la mer, tout le confort dans l'appartement. deux piscine très propre et très sécurisée avec les maitres nageurs réactifs en cas de problème, environnement très agréable à admirer dans la piscine chauffée à 26 degrés. je vous conseille vivement l'endroit, avec en plus tous les commerces indispensables à la vie courante, un terrain de pétanque indispensables à la vie du sud. en bref génial pour un week end prolongé ou des vacances annuel.

Emplacement au top pour des vacances en famille

Nous avons passé un très bon séjour. L’appartement est idéalement situé : calme sans être trop excentré. La vue est magnifique et l’appartement est très bien équipé. Pour les enfants, c’est le paradis : piscines à vagues et toboggans, spectacles, jeux, clubs enfants,... sans oublier le petit train qui permet de se rendre a la plage sans se préoccuper du stationnement. Nous y reviendrons avec plaisir !

Agréable séjour, cadre idéal et parfait pour des vacances réussies

Volume parfait pour des vacances avec 2 enfants (9 et 14 ans). Le village offre tout : restaurants, boutiques, jeux vidéos... nous avons apprécié la facilité d’accès aux plages aux alentours (petit train, bus...) et l’accès à la gare pour visiter d’autres villes : Cannes, Nice... tant à voir et à faire. Schöne Aussicht - irreführende Angaben

+ Die Lage ist sehr schön - für die Mittelmeerküste nur mäßig verbaut mit Aussicht auf das Meer. Cannes ist eine halbe Stunde entfernt. 0 DIe Unterkunft war in Ordnung - alles vorhanden, aber nichts besonderes. Die Loggia vergleichsweise groß - Irreführende Angaben bezüglich der Kosten: Anders als es die Bilder suggerieren ist der Swimmingpool nicht inklusive. Für uns mit 1 Kind über xxx Euro pro Woche. Das Auto musste zwingend ausserhalb der Anlage geparkt werden. Einzig möglicher Parkplatz (gehört zur Anlage): Über xxx Euro pro Woche. Auch Internet ist anders als im 21. Jh. üblich nicht inklusive. "Schnelles" Internet: xxx Euro pro Woche ("Langsames" Internet xxx Euro). Natürlich was das "schnelle" WLAN zu langsam zum Streamen. Insgesamt xxx Euro mehr als angegeben. Das ist irreführend. Daher: Daumen runter. [Leider ist es nicht erlaubt zu sagen wie hoch die Zusatzkosten waren - es ist ein dreistelliger Betrag] Ein Satz noch zu den Pools: Ja, im September kann man keine Badewannentemperatur erwarten. Von den "beheizten" Pools war nur einer beheizt - und zwar der für Erwachsene. Der Spaßpool (in den Bildern groß zu sehen) lockt mit knackigen 16 Grad. Das finde ich nicht gerade kinderfreundlich. So ist der Badespaß (der eigentliche Grund unseres Aufenthalts) in dieser Anlage aufgrund akuter Unterkühlung ausgeblieben.

Très agréable séjour familial !

Appartement fonctionnel, bien équipé et propre ; c'est très agréable. Joli balcon spacieux et très belle vue sur mer. Propriétaires très sympathiques aux conseils précieux. Location recommandée !! A savoir : appartement un peu éloigné du centre.

L' appartement n'est pas situé en plein centre du village, il est à environ 150 mètres. L' avantage est de bénéficier du calme en journée (bruit de la piscine dans le centre du village) mais également en soirée car il est suffisamment distant des animations, assez bruyantes, du soir.
