Reversible air conditioning.<br>Upstairs, you will find 4 bedrooms, 3 of which have kingsize beds in 160X35 and 1 bedroom with 2 bunk beds and 1 single bed in 90x190 with its own bathroom (with washing machine). 1 travertine bathroom with bathtub, double sinks and large mirror, 1 separate toilet and a games room. All the rooms on the ground floor open onto a beautiful and large terrace with panoramic views of the surrounding nature and the swimming pool. Swimming pool with shelter for the safety of all and allowing you to always have hot water. This is located on an IPE terrace of 110m2 shaded by a magnificent hundred-year-old oak tree under which you can take your meals in the cool.
