Our house is located at the end of a cul-de-sac and features, on the ground floor, a kitchen that opens onto a living-dining room, a game room, and a ground-floor master suite with a 160-cm bed, a bathroom, and a separate exterior entrance.
Upstairs, there are 2 bedrooms with a single children’s bed each, 1 bedroom with 2 single children’s beds, and 1 large bedroom with a 160 double bed. There is also a bathroom with a shower and a separate toilet.
The property sits on 4,000 m² of land, including a terrace. NEW FOR 2022: an above-ground pool 1 m high and 4.75 m in diameter.
A chicken coop with 1 cockerel and hens that lay fresh, high-quality eggs, which you can collect in exchange for a little water and grain.
Cars can be parked under a carport on the property.

Sheets and towels are not provided. The house must be left as clean as you found it.

The house is 10 minutes from city centre Blois and Blois Castle, close to a bakery, a hypermarket, and restaurants.
It’s 17 km from Chambord and Chaumont-sur-Loire, 18 km from Cheverny, and 47 km from the Beauval Zoo.
