Located just steps away from beautiful downtown Sweetwater Tn. this 1882 gorgeous original carriage house has charm and history. In 1908 it became a the public library for almost sixty years and then became a beautiful home. Located close to hwy 75 Downtown Sweetwater has lots of Antique shops, boutiques, and great restaurants. Our home has been completely updated with all the amenities you would wish for. Close to Knoxville and Chattanoga with so much to do in East Tennessee..

This place was beautiful. An old rustic carriage house with a big kitchen and dining area. The living room was big but cozy. Very relaxing. The tall beds and large pillows were comfortable. Quick walk to downtown with plenty of shops . I would stay here again.

Was a very charming inside. Convenient drive to restaurants and things to do. Little busy on the outside if you're there through the week because there's a daycare nearby and they will park on the sidewalk in front of the window of the house and line up for the daycare. The train goes by many times at night and you will hear it if you're not used to it. But all in all it was great.

This is a great property to stay at in downtown Sweetwater. Very close to all the local restaurants and shops. Host was very easy to work with and accommodating when I needed a late checkout. Would highly recommend this property if you’re in the area.

I needed a spot to get some focused work done and also to relax quietly at the end of the day. This was absolutely perfect! The cottage was pretty, tastefully decorated, clean, and very well-maintained for a historic building. The space offered room to spread out my work, and shelves and cabinets let me tidy up when I wanted to spend some time relaxing. I found all I needed to fix a few of my own meals in the kitchen, and the restaurants and shops on Main Street were just a couple of minutes' walk when I wanted fresh air. I am hopeful I can come back to this property the next time I need a work retreat.
