Enjoy watching the game with friends or a perfect movie night on the flat screen television. Step into the kitchen equipped with all the comforts of home! You can enjoy a quick morning bite at the breakfast bar set for 4 before hitting the beach! Take a lunch break at either of the dining tables with room that seats a total of 12, room for all your guests.

From the master suite, you can wake to the views of the beach from the comfort of your king size bed. The second bedroom and third bedrooms both feature a queen size bed, flat screen television, and ensuite bathrooms.

Beautiful location on the beach!

Very open floor plan and plenty of space! Kitchen is very well stocked! Beds are comfortable and terrific having each bedroom have its own bathroom plus a half bath. Phoenix IX was a great place to stay - beautiful indoor tennis court (or pickle ball) great work out room, nice outdoor pool and grill area and fantastic beach access. Parking was easy and the front office was very helpful with any of our questions.
