The bathrooms certainly had mold/mildew to the point where it clogged the showers a bit. There was also an unmentioned midday visit from someone inspecting the hot tub outside, which interrupted my kids' nap times. The lazy river was also out of order, which was a big reason for our selection of the property. Lastly, the splash pad didn't fully function properly. The beach is still nice, and other than the shower cleanliness the unit was nice as well.

Beautiful room very clean and up to date. Only issue at all was the hot tub jets wouldn’t work . They had a repair man out but then they barely worked. But that is an onsite deal not the owners I believe.

It was amazing how many things there were to do on property. We didn't have to leave Turquoise Place because so many activities were available. Host was excellent. It was amazing break! I recommend it because it has something for everyone.

All the previous reviews saying black mold was in the showers and on the back balcony were absolutely correct, and host is aware. Our condo was disgusting when we arrived.. showers were nasty, shampoo was still all over the walls, mold everywhere, hair everywhere, washing machines moldy, sofa and sleeper sofa had dirt and dried drink split all over it. Host was contacted and offered to send the cleaner back out, we declined because that would take into our vacation time when there was plenty of time before arrival to have the condo cleaned. Do yourself a favor and stay in another unit. Turquoise place is a gorgeous resort!

The back patio is covered in black mold and so is the shower grout. The decor is extremely dated and doesn’t matched. We saw another unit the couples we traveled with stayed in and it was light and beautifully decorated.

Beautiful beach views from the 13th floor! However, I was disappointed to find bugs coming out of the Keurig, black mold in master shower, and the lazy river was closed for our stay during Spring break. Not the usual great stay that we’ve had before at Turquoise Place.

Loved this condo

Great location. Lots of amenities. Comfortable for our family of five plus a grandparent! Kids absolutely loved the pool, the kid activities, and the snow cone counter! Beach is easily accessible. Our only complaint was the floors needed cleaned upon our arrival, but the cleaners came in quickly and took care of it!!

Gorgeous condo with beautiful views!

We went on a family vacation and this condo was perfect! Each bedroom had its own bathroom and condo was so spacious that we didn't crowd each other. The hot tub on the balcony was a big hit too! Great location (safe & secure), awesome amenities, steps to the beach, the gym was excellent, and the condo was amazing!

Condo was perfectly clean and beautiful!! Lovely view from 13th floor balcony. Got to see the beautiful dolphins at the beach from the view on the balcony. Hot tub on balcony, the pool, and Lazy River were also a hit...we had a blast!

You can't go wrong at Turquoise Place. This view was gorgeous and the beach in October is perfection! That said, the unit was fine. A very basic rental unit that could benefit from additional pillows, coat hangers, and towels.

Property as listed Very spacious and clean Comfortable If I had 1 negative it would be that in the listing is said they cleaned the hot tub every 3 days but always clean on a check in day We checked in on Friday hot tub was very clean Saturday we came in to a note saying they had been by to clean again, which in this case was fine I know the cleaning staff should be very trustworthy but I’d prefer not to leave valuables in my room if I know someone is coming by Other than this concern our trip was wonderful
