Set on 10 acres of of oak tree peppered hilltop over looking the the Vineyards of Florence. A well stocked 3 BR 2 BA mobile home with all the amenities . Featuring a master bedroom with a XL custom walk in shower . Spacious comfortable living room, uniquely designed additional 2 bedrooms, fully stocked kitchen featuring granite countertops .. BBQ, smoker , fire pit outdoor seating under a giant 400 yr old oak tree.
Enjoy the vibe outdoor visiting our friendly farm animals including; horses , Texas Longhorns, chickens and peacocks and loving farm dog.

Walk to the Vinyard of Florence with tasing room and restaurant. Also close drive to Sun City and the Texas Trooper training facility. Numerous grocery stores and restaurants withiin miles .
45 min from Austin and Waco, 20 min to Kileen (Fort Hood) and Beautiful Georgetown and Salado.

Some of the great attractions in the area are , Inner-space Caverns , historic Georgetown square, trail rides , hike and bike trails , Blue Hole swimming area, Round Rock Express baseball, Lake Georgetown, Chip and Joanne’s Magnolia Farms, Salado antique shopping and much more .

Thursday through Sunday guests we highly recommend Farmers Commons restaurant within walking distance for upscale dining experience. Reservation recommended.

The house is decorated very nicely. The country setting is amazing. The peacocks, horses, donkey and Longhorns are beautiful. I would definitely stay there again!

If you are looking for a quiet, country home with amazing animals (peacocks were my favorite) and nice strong breezes, this is it. The acreage is beautiful with amazing views. The host was so friendly and accommodating, and the house was stocked with extras. We loved the fenced-in portion of the yard so we could let our dog out without a leash. We hope to go back!

I don't want to rave this space so I don't have to share. Mr. Bill's home is Amazing. Peaceful and so Beautiful! Mr. Bill showed my kids around we were greeted with pups and a sweet kitty and the longhorns are so great to watch! Seriously, you won't regret booking here, but save me some space!

An extended weekend with my kids and grandkids was amazing at this home. I chose this property for the animals because my 3 year old granddaughter loves cows and all animals. The animals did not disappoint. The adults loved the animals as well. My husband, who is an acrylic artist, was very interested in the Longhorns and took lots of photos. He has already begun a painting with these beautiful Longhorns as inspiration. The relaxed ambiance of this property was just what I was looking for. Check-in was easy, everything was clean and the space was very comfortable. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and my kids said we should return another time for another long weekend visit.

The house was cozy and perfect for our needs. Close to town and beautiful property. Bonus getting to have all the wildlife in your yard: Peacocks, chickens, horses, donkey and longhorn. Our trip didn’t let us stay in the house much, but beds were great, couches comfortable and we enjoyed cooking in the kitchen. Thank you for being a great host, the fresh eggs were grea!, Thank you, Bill!

Excellent host, fenced yard for our dog, kitchen was good, we cooked 3 or 4 meals there. My wife was alone with the dog while we were at class, she had a great time with the donkey, horses, longhorns, chickens and all of the other attractions!

Everything was perfect. The only I wish was that I would have booked for a couple more days and had my grandkids with me. Such a peaceful setting, comfortable beds, stocked kitchen, very nice furnishings. Everything in yard looks like it should be in a magazine. The owner of the property was as nice as can be.

Hello from beautiful Florence Texas. I am retired from 27 years of Law Enforcement and now living my dream in rural Texas. I love animals and enjoy sharing this place with two thoroughbred horses (also retired and enjoying life away from the track). I also have two massive pet Longhorns (raised since weaning), two fun loving and active dogs , chickens and peacocks. I built my dream house on this property and am enjoying short term renting the above listed 2nd home. I,m very proud of this space and happy to share it with guests. especially "city folk" who love spending time out in this tranquil and beautiful ranch.
