"La Maison des Amis" Vacation Rental: Between the Sea and the Countryside

This holiday rental is a barn converted into a “Maison des amis” located in the Pays de Caux region of Normandy, 4 km from the sea (beaches of Quiberville-sur-Mer, Sainte-Marguerite, and Varengeville-sur-Mer).
In the village of Ouville-la-Rivière, all shops are within walking distance (a small supermarket with local products and fresh produce, a butcher shop, a delicatessen, a bakery/pastry shop, a pharmacy, etc.)
Supermarkets in Avremesnil and Luneray (6 km) and a shopping centre in Dieppe (12 km)
Nearby towns and villages: Varengeville-sur-Mer, Luneray, Veules-les-Roses, Dieppe...
This holiday rental combines authentic charm with modern comfort.
Ground Floor: entryway opening onto a spacious living/dining/kitchen area.
2 bedrooms (1 double and 1 single) and a bathroom with a toilet.

Upstairs: 1 double bedroom and 1 bedroom with 3 single beds (can be converted into a double) plus a bathroom and 1 toilet.

Table linens and tea towels provided.
Bonus: sheets and towels provided and included in the price.
Pets are welcome for a flat fee of 10€ per stay.

Très belle escapade normande dans un havre de paix

Nous sommes ravis de cette belle semaine dans la "Maison des amis" qui porte bien son nom tant l'accueil des propriétaires est chaleureux et convivial et leur belle maison un lieu où l'on se sent tout de suite "comme chez soit" ! Celle ci est confortable et très agréable à vivre, au milieu d'un domaine magnifique . Un immense merci à Valérie et son mari et à très bientôt !

Exceptionnel

Gîte très grand, très propre avec tout le charme normand. Valérie, notre hôte, nous a accueillies très chaleureusement. Elle est extrêmement sympathique 🤗 Nous avons passé un excellent séjour, c’est vraiment un endroit que je recommande.
