Perfect Family Beach Vacation~ Perfect for Family and Friends to gather.

Spacious 4 bed/4bath private house across the street from the beach is a perfect place to RELAX. In the hub of Gulf Shores, walking distance to many restaurants and attractions: The Hangout, Sea and Suds, Picnic Beach, and Gulf Island Grill to name a few. There is even a small grocery store a block away. The kitchen has everything you need and more. 2 Large decks to enjoy the ocean breeze. The large master bedroom is located upstairs with a private bathroom. There are 2 more bedrooms upstairs, both with private baths. The 4th bedroom is located downstairs. There is an entrance to a shared bathroom with the main living area. There is parking for 4 midsize cars or 3 SUVs. The shared community pool is right beside the house. Beach access is steps away with a cross walk and stop light for easy access. We even provide a beach wagon.

Check-out instructions

The host requires you to complete the following before checking out:
Load and start the dishwasher
Gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
Make sure thermostat is set to cool 75 in summer or 65 heat winter. Fan on AUTO. Sweep excessive sand. Dumpster is by the front entrance.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
No open flame is allowed for grilling. We provide an electric grill. If you choose to use please clean after use. $50 fee will incur if not cleaned.
We supply a starter of shampoo, soap, trash bags, laundry detergent, dish soap, dish washer pod, and one roll of toilet paper per bathroom.
No shoes inside. Clean sand off before going inside.

Beautiful space

This was a beautifully decorated and very comfortable space. Just a short walk to the beach. Our family appreciated the roomy living area and kitchen. It was also very nice to have a bathroom adjacent to each bedroom. We truly enjoyed our stay.

Gulf Shores

We came as a family to enjoy the Gulf Shores. It was our first experience. The house was very close to the beach and very well done on the inside. Clean! The beds were very comfortable and the bathrooms were all nicely sized. Plenty of seating for lounging as well with a stocked kitchen.I would definitely stay again.

Great for a winter R & R trip

The Perfect Beach Trip

The house was amazing! We had easy access to the beach, restaurants, and stores. The amenities were great as well. I think the best part was having the outside shower so we didn’t drag too much sand inside the house!

Beach stay

We loved this property, it was the perfect distance without being right on the beach. The beds were so comfortable and it was so nice having a bathroom with every room, especially when coming back from the beach. Lots of shops within walking distance. Also a pool right out the front door which was great for the little kids that didn't want to swim in the ocean! Highly recommend for a stay in Gulf Shores!

Fall Break trip to GS

This is a great property for a family. The kitchen is well equipped. The walk to the beach is very manageable and a very short drive will get you to the Gulf State Park Fishing pier and public beach.

My husband, Kent, and I have been bringing our family to the Gulf for over 25 years. We love Gulf shores and the Big BEACH, small town vibe it has. This is our home away from home and would love to share it with you.

Why they chose this property

Our location is the BEST! It is centrally located in the heart of Gulf shores. The beach access is less than 1/2 block away. There is a light with a cross walk to cross the street safely. We keep a couple of beach wagons on property to help with beach supplies. If you prefer, there is a chair service for you to enjoy as well. You can walk to many restaurants including The Hang Out, Sea and Suds, and The Shrimp Basket. We share the neighborhood with 13 other houses and the pool is located right by our home for easy access.
