Directly on the beach and best location in Gulf Shores!
We have a minimum age of 25 to rent our beautiful condo.
Our condo is within walking distance to many activities, restaurants, bars. Unbeatable amenities in this beautiful condo! Gorgeous leather sofas, updated lighting, 60' Flat screen TV in living room with unlimited Netflix, TV's in every room, huge balcony with comfortable patio furniture, all comfortable beds with luxury linens and towels, wet bar, all stainless steel appliances with Keurig coffee maker, regular coffee maker, Bose docking station, Margarita maker, beach chairs, beach umbrella, beach cart, full size laundry. Owner has completely remodeled this unit with very comfortable, contemporary furnishings. Master retreat has king bed with double vanity and separate tub and shower, both secondary bedrooms have their own private full bathroom with a queen bed and twin/twin bunk beds.
This beautiful building offers a beach entry pool, work out facility, sauna and outdoor grilling area.
PLEASE NOTE THE PARKING POLICY HAS CHANGED and owners no longer provide the parking passes. Guests now purchase the parking passes at the 3rd floor desk. Each parking pass is $50 per vehicle per stay. 2 parking passes are allowed per unit with additional passes provided based upon availability.
You must be at least 25 years old to reserve this condo and must be present during your stay.

Condo was well equipped with beach chairs, umbrellas etc Kitchen was equipped with all we needed for meal making. Electric grill was a nice bonus. Beach was beautiful, great location.

Wonderful Spot to Walk to Tournament

Being on the 19th floor was spectacular. Owner super easy to work with and the condo was well stocked, clean and comfortable! Thank you for such a great stay! My only suggestion is to have some kitchen scissors .

Great condo! We had two families stay here and we had plenty of room. The kitchen is excellently stocked and plenty of seating in the living room. Every bedroom has their own attached bathroom, which super convenient. The beach access is also great. Would stay here again!

San Carlos Relaxing Retreat

Our family enjoyed our time in Gulf Shores and the San Carlos offered us a great property to relax and enjoy the area. The 3 bedroom/3 bath combination was perfect for our family!

Fabulous location and super clean. This was a great place to stay for 8 adults. We vacationed with 5 young adults and my mom and it could not be more perfect. Loved kuerig and crock pot!!! Made for easy meals at home! Thank you!!!

Gulf Shores condo

Loved the colors in this condo and it was spacious enough for my whole family including grandparents. Location was great - lots of things to do within walking distance. Excellent view from 19th floor and elevators were speedy. I would definitely book this condo again when I come to this area!

Beautiful ocean views from balcony. Very nice, clean condo that was as pictured and listing was accurate. Kitchen was well equipped. Beach chairs, umbrellas and cooler a definite plus. Good communication with manager. Would definitely stay here again.

Vacation 2025

We had the best stay in 1904. This Condo was everything they list and more. Too big for my family but we loved all the room we had and the kids enjoyed playing away from us. The owner had everything you could think of you may need for your stay. No complaints what so ever and we hope to be able to stay here again. Owner was easy to communicate with and prompt the few times I had questions. Property was great and easy to maneuver around. The only issue I had was the pillows was very flat so I just stacked. No complaints here all 4 of us had a great time.
