(1 queen bed, 1 double beds, 8 single beds = 12 spots to sleep)
This is a comfortable , clean, stylish, airy space with almost 1700 sq feet. With 3 upper floor bedrooms and media room that houses 6 more guests. TV's in every bedroom, and a very well stocked kitchen to suit whatever cooking needs you may have. The dining room is a huge, flexible space and can easily house a crowd for meals. Also, feel free to relax while you help yourself to a coffee/ tea bar with 2 mini- fridges for your convenience.
You're welcome to cook onsite, order in prepared food, or do a potluck. I do ask that if you require catering, I have first -right-of -refusal.
As chef, you can also contact me if you need catering done onsite, that is a separate service charge. For your sanity , there is also a wifi-enable printer for your emergency printing needs. Note that events with visitors /people not registered is not allowed with out permission. Event fees are separate from VRBO fees. Fees are detail dependent. Starts @ $500.
