Starboard Light 7 | Beachfront Condo w. Resort Pool

Welcome to Starboard Light 7, your luxuriously furnished ocean-front, two-bedroom, two-bath, two-floor townhouse located right on A1A in Ormond Beach, this location is just north of Daytona Beach right on the Atlantic Ocean. In addition to its proximity to the Daytona International Speedway, there are numerous other attractions nearby should you care to venture away from your oceanside paradise. Complimentary Wi-Fi and cable TV are also provided.

Access to Starboard Light 7 is at ground level. The kitchen has plenty of counterspace and a breakfast bar with seating for two and everything you'll need to whip up gourmet meals, or just snacks or toast and coffee in the morning. Appliances are all stainless-steel and include a dishwasher, range with oven, built-in above-range microwave and side by side refrigerator/freezer with water and ice dispenser in the door. The adjacent dining area has a pub style table seating four, which flows out into the comfortable living area, very nicely furnished with an L-shaped sleeper sofa with coffee table and end table and lamp, matching recliner, and opposite this area is another matching recliner with credenza with large flat screen TV. Expansive sliding glass doors provide access to the ground floor patio with views of the the pool. The bathroom has a vanity and lavatory, plenty of storage space beneath, and a walk-in shower with glass doors. All towels and linens are provided.

The upper-level primary bedroom is furnished with a king-size bed, nightstands with lamps, a corner overstuffed chair, triple dresser, and opposite the bed is a credenza with large flat-screen TV. Sliding glass doors out to the private second-floor balcony put you in a perfect position for the exquisite sunrises and pool views! The guest bedroom has one queen and one double bed with a nightstand and lamp, and a dresser with flat-screen TV. The second floor guest bathroom has a combination tub/shower and vanity with a lavatory and storage beneath.

Short walk to the beach

Property was very nice. Enjoyed being out of the busyness of Daytona but was close to everything still. Condo was nice and clean. We enjoyed our stay!

Stayed 28 days. Overall stay was ok. There was some mold on sheer curtains in living room.A/C heat system fan blows air constantly unless you turn whole system off completely.

We loved our stay here. Has all the basic essentials you need in the kitchen and even pool toys out back for the pool. I do recommend bringing a couple of your own beach chairs as only 2 of the ones in the unit were functionable, but it’s a beach so this wasn’t an issue and was an added bonus to begin with! We appreciated there being chairs and supplies already there for us. It was very welcoming. Will be back.

Extended Canadian Summer

We thoroughly enjoyed our 42 night stay. Upon arrival we could not get into the condo with the code provided, however, lucky for us the neighbour had a key and kindly let us in. We got in touch with VTrips/Distintive Beach Rentals and they fixed the electronic lock and provided us a new code the following day. This condo is a 2 story unit, I have previously rented units 2nd story and above for the view - we thoroughly enjoyed the convenience of access to and from the main level and the view from the 2nd story. Only 18 two story units in this complex - we basically had the pool to ourselves. We will definitely stay at this unit again.

The perfect getaway spot

This location was wonderful! In a quiet neighborhood right across the road from the beach. The pool out the back door was perfect for kids. Plenty of space inside for 6 of us, and they had everything we needed. A short drive up the road got you to all the shops and Daytona beach. We will definitely use this location again.

Ormond Vacay

The condo was nice. I loved how you had two patios. The bottom one allowed us to go straight to the pool but then having a second patio off the master bedroom gave us a pretty view of the ocean. The kitchen had everything you would need. The bedrooms had lots of pillows, which is always a plus! I wish it had a washer/dryer in the unit but that’s the only thing I would change. There is a washer/dryer in the building you just have to bring quarters. Over all we enjoyed our stay, and would for sure go back!

It was very nice.The only issue is crossing the fairly busy road to get to the beach. The beach is worth crossing the road.
