Beautiful views

We really enjoyed the place. It was roomy and had all the things we needed to be comfortable. The view from the back porch was amazing. Our host was very easy to get ahold of and friendly.

Terrific host----he goes the extra mile for his guests. He loves being a host and his guests' happiness is what he lives for. We were very lucky to find this place on short notice. Bonus is an incredible view of the ocean (from a couple thousand feet) from the balcony. Also you get to watch the planes coming in from the west onto the oceanside landing strip. Would definitely stay here again.....greatly enjoyed my time on the island. Host can also rent you a Jeep if you need one & very reasonably.

We had business associates stay in the unit. The men were very comfortable, said the views were great, never used the kitchen but they said it "looked like it had everything". (Men!) The owner was super helpful and responsive. He genuinely cared that their stay was an excellent experience. The property is away from the city just up from a great beach. Very quiet, safe and easy to get around from. A car is a must. Highly recommended.

Gorgeous Views!

From the time of booking this rental to the time we checked out, communication from the owner was excellent and he was extremely friendly. We loved the large covered patio with almost 180 degree view of the ocean and mountains. The location was convenient with easy parking on site. The home was spacious and had everything we needed. The home is multilevel with other guests staying in different rental spaces. We had an entire level with large patio and private entrance to ourselves. The home is slowly being renovated when not being rented to guests, but the needed updates did not take away from our experience. One thing to pay note to before booking: in addition to paying for the space, you also pay for each person. This practice may or may not work in the renter’s favor. I would recommend this vacation rental as an affordable option on the island.

The owner is awesome. The location is excellent, out of the cruise ship crowd, near USVI and French Quarter. The balcony view is beautiful. Two surprising issues that I raised with the owner. 1) Finding things in the kitchen is difficult because daily use things like plates are there but hard to find. 2) The cost doesn’t include your second or family members. (That seemed odd bc it’s a 2 bedroom place.) Wi-Fi and the smart TV worked well too but you won’t need social media bc there are so many fun things to do outside.

Amazing View

This house has an amazing view and that alone is worth coming back to. Rooms were very spacious, full kitchen and 2 baths, living and dining areas very spacious. 3 seperate sliding glass doors (one from the larger bedroom) gives you access to the long balcony where you could sit and enjoy the view of planes arriving and departing, boats and get skis going to and fro. On day I was able to see St. Croix straight ahead and Vieques, PR.Now to make this honest there were 2 minor cons. I say minor as it all depends on the individual(s). There were no TV's in any room as owner explained one was destroyed by a previous guest and another damaged by the local power company as they are known for constant power outages. The second minor con is the house is located on a hill but right below is a busy road with constant traffic during the day. It didn't bother me much but my lady friend complained about it. Just think knowing what you'll experience should be said.Overall, the good far outweigh the itsy bitsy bad. I'm trying to downplay it because Randolph really is a good host with a great sense of humor.

Beautiful view, nice space, but not quite as listed

Nice view looking south over the water, can look down on the planes landing, it's very cool. The veranda is huge and very nice. Unfortunately, though, it was important to me to have a place with AC for my allergies, and though advertised as having AC, it does not. There is a single portable unit that you must run next to an open screen door, thus negating the point. Professional cleaning is needed, as well as some TLC for broken things (fans, flashlight), missing things (lamp shade, blanket for bed), and the pots/pans are in very poor shape. Sadly, my vacation was hampered by my reaction to mold/mildew which was prevalent (furniture, placemats, walls, cords, etc) and the place was very musty. You also will not have cell phone service up there - 1 bar at the most. When we arrived one of the toilets was broken - that should have been checked for before we arrived. It was fixed within a day of notification, but again, I booked the property in order to have 2 bathrooms (in addition to AC), and for a day and a half my daughter and I had to share one.

Marvelous time despite most things being closed.

Unfortunately my group arrived in St Thomas a day before it was set to lock down,which could have been the makings of a really awful trip. But due the location and knowledgeable staff associated with the rental we were able to still enjoy our visit while feeling safe.

Amazing stay

Randolph went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable and happy. The place was beautiful with an amazing view. He gave us great recommendations and helped with everything we needed. I truly feel like we wouldn’t of had as good of a trip without the help and knowledge from Randolph. Definitely will be visiting again & bringing more friends and family with us.

We enjoyed our stay. Marcia and Randolph were excellent hosts who were ready to help and suggest in any way they could. The views at this property were outstanding. Loved being able to wake up and lookout over the water :) The only reason I did not give 5 full stars was it needed a little organization/supplies in the kitchen. But again, they were SO helpful!!!

The place is the only place I will stay in the Virgin Islands. The host Randolph was superb. He treats you like family. His place has views to die for. Spacious clean and had all the added touches of home. We will be back very soon.

Gorgeous view, quaint, quiet, short drive to town, close to great beaches. What more can you ask for? As far as the owner very knowledgeable of local sites and very accommodating! I would recommend this great little place to anyone!
