It was our pleasure, Debbie, and we would certainly host you and your guest again. To other host: A guest who followed all the rules and left the property very clean and in nearly the same condition at checkout for check in.

Hosts, beware of this renter. False claims were made by the guest solely in an effort to avoid having to pay, which were all later substantiated by our video evidence to be flagrant misrepresentations. Accordingly, VRBO held in our favor and refused any refund or reimbursement whatsoever. All efforts to address complaints regarding the lock were promptly made by the host and staff - who physically visited the property on more than one occasion - each time determining that there was no issue with the newly installed keyless entry system. Items were also missing from the unit after the guest's departure, and vomit was found in the shower area. The unit is cleaned by at least two people after every checkout and the missing items and vomit were not discovered until this guest's departure. The property is located in a gated community with 24-hour surveillance, both by video and patrolling security guards. Further, there are two deadbolt locks for the first point of entry into the terrace area, with an additional lock into the unit itself. In no instance is this property unsecured, and these additional claims by the guest further demonstrate intentional misrepresentations. This was all unfortunate as strides were made to accommodate the guest and to provide a welcoming and comfortable experience, both before their arrival and during their stay.
