This villa is situated 10 min from the famous Cours Mirabeau, the Mazarin District and the old town. There is a secure private parking area.

It stretches lazily in the sun of Provence at the edge of the pool with a large terrace or align sunbathing. Under the mulberry china nestles the summer kitchen around his gas grill. The living room, opening onto the terrace and the pool wraps around a contemporary fireplace to the industrial look and the original structure restored and will seduce you with its beauty.
