For your comfort and excellent location in Torremolinos, facing the Sea and the Beach, in an old fishing village (La Carihuela), friendly people, friendly and cordial, with easy and quick access from motorways and main roads, just minutes from Airport of Malaga.

What makes this property unique

-It is directly connected to the Carihuela Maritime Promenade, where there is an abundance of fish and seafood restaurants, as well as a variety of meats, European bars and entertainment venues. The complex is located at the end of a street, the building is guarded and protected.
- Its proximity to the beach and restaurants makes the advantages of the property invaluable.
-The complex has a swimming pool for children and adults (only available in the summer season) and is conditioned daily by maintenance and cleaning staff, the building is maintained daily by cleaning staff.
