We had an absolutely perfect stay! The place was spotless and every amenity was above and beyond. Pat was a gracious host and we had our privacy but he was Johnny on the spot if we needed anything. We will definitely be staying here again!

Always look forward to returning for a month and Pat's pleasant manner and hospitality. Perfectly clean and well maintained ... our home away from home when we visit our Texas family. So different from our home (condo) in the northeast ... love the views from the upper deck.

What a gem! Pat was a great host, the property was warm and inviting. Woke up to cows mooing and birds chirping. Enjoyed almost 3 weeks of BBQ, disc golf and 80 degree days.....close enough to everything you need but a little bit in the country. Spent alot of time on the deck watching the bovines. Had a great time in Texas!!

Wonderful place to stay

The loft was very nice, there was complimentary wine, a balcony with a beautiful view of the ranch, and the owner was very personable. We will definitely be coming back.

Excellent Quiet Getaway & BBQ Crawl HQ

The apartment was well appointed, clean, comfortable and everything was exactly as described. We enjoyed our stay and chats with the host. It was a great spot away from the busy cities but not too far away for a night out or a day trip to the many BBQ spots within minutes to an hour.

Perfect distance to the river!

We spent the weekend at the river and stayed here at night! It was perfect! Beautiful views, super quiet and clean! It was just what we needed! We loved it and will definitely be back!

Great Stay

Nice place, a lot nicer than the pictures. Very clean and great views of the horses and cows. Out in the country but still close to town. Thoughtful host with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Just be aware there are stairs to climb but great views make it worth it.
