We had our annual sisters and nieces weekend and the house was amazing. It was very spacious and clean (like new). Lots of sitting space and nicely organized kitchen. Definitely recommend for a Chattanooga weekend, close to many activities.

We were able to stay at this rental on our way through town. The best part about the house is definitely the location. We were able to walk to several restaurants and it was a quick easy drive to Ruby Falls.

Perfect stay for boxing competition trip

Is in a great location, minutes away from bars, grocery store, tourist attractions, etc. Place was great, slept 15 comfortably, with a few people on the boxing team having to share a bed with someone. Host was easy to reach work with, and was even able to allow us to check out a couple hours later!

Family Christmas Weekend

We had a fabulous holiday weekend. We went to the Tennessee Aquarium, the Enchanted Garden of Lights at Rock City, Warehouse Row, and found the beautiful Coolidge Park Antique Carousel. This house was perfect for all 10 of us and perfectly located.

Very Comfortable

The house was perfect for our family - four married children and grandchildren - and exactly as described. There was plenty of room for everyone. The beds were comfortable, the kitchens clean and well stocked and the bathrooms clean and towels provided. The location is perfect for visiting Chattanooga with good restaurants close by. Thank you for making our stay wonderful.

The house is very large with 5 bdrms and bathrooms. 3 kitchen areas. 2 of the bedrooms with a separate kitchen and bath over the garage are separate from the main house and great for those in the party that want privacy.There was plenty of cooking and serving utensils and a large table on the main floor. Check in was simple and host was great. Should note that all bedrooms are on the upper floor for those with mobility issues.It's a great place and we definately recommend it.

Perfect property for large group!

I was a little worried since there were no reviews on the property when I booked the house but it turned out to be great. Plenty of spacer for 12 adults from age 16-50. Back porch area was great to sit and relax with friends. The garage was also a nice bonus. Would definitely recommend for a large group.

City oasis

This is a great house, convenient to Chattanooga attractions, but located on a quiet street. It is in easy walking distance of restaurants, ice cream parlor, and coffee shop. Ideal for small family groups to gather with a separate apartment above the garage, and three kitchens. We had an electrical problem with the water heater following a thunderstorm power outage and the owner was right on top of the issue until it was resolved. Highly recommend.

Great house & great location

The house was absolutely beautiful and had so much space for our entire family. I have never seen a house with as much convenience as this one offered. Three cons.. 1 the emergency heat was on when we arrived so it was very hot but it cooled off quickly, 2 the microwave in the main kitchen didn’t work however we used the other kitchens microwave and the host offered to drop off a new one, 3 the alarm systems started going off throughout the entire house at 9:30pm because of low battery so wasn’t able to go right to sleep but the hose was absolutely phenomenal in helping resolve the situation. I would highly recommend this place! Wish we could have stayed longer.

The home was beautiful, plenty of space for everyone. Outdoor space off the kitchen was wonderful. Comfortable beds. Fantastic location as it was within walking distance to a lot of restaurants and activities. Only two negatives: Showers were cold. We had hot water in the kitchen and "warm" water in the bathroom sinks, but the showers were cold. Also, hand soaps in the bathrooms had about 1/2 inch of very diluted soap in the bottom of the bottles that splashed out everywhere when pumped. They didn't lather. I used shampoo to wash my hands.
