The check-in process was easy. The cabin is quaint and the kitchen well-equipped. Plenty of space and close to town. Did not take advantage of the hot tub or outside deck or covered porch areas due to number of spiderwebs but that's common for being that deep in the woods.
We had 4 adults and 4 children under 7 stay at the cabin. The place is picture perfect for an in the woods cabin with trees all around. Perfect for memories and only minutes from Ruby Falls and downtown. Perfect get away from city life. The kids said rain smells different here. We lived our stay!!!
Our family of 8 had a wonderful stay. The kitchen was very well stocked and we enjoyed cooking breakfast and dinner every night. The hot tub and outdoor deck was great. The bathroom in the primary needed cleaning and the tub mat and shower curtain were mildewed and need to be replaced, but that is an easy fix. The beach towels provided were very nice and appreciated. The bath towels however, were thin and in need of replacement. Overall, this cabin was nice, and worked very well for us.
This rustic remodeled cabin was perfect for our large family gathering! The property was gorgeous and we had plenty of room to relax and enjoy each other’s company. Great hosts!
The cabin is spacious & very comfortable. We loved visiting some of the sights around Chattanooga. However, the term "Recently Renovated" is a little misleading.Kitchen was decent with plenty of dishes, but pots & pans, get rid of the old teflon. The cabin had not had a deap cleaning in a while. Many of the door handles were loose & falling off & most of the locks were broken or falling off, even on exterior doors. Porch & spa areas very dusty. The lake was not really suitable for swimming or fishing.Basically, you have a really nice cabin that needs some TLC.
We had a great stay! Had everything we needed and more, plenty of space for 6 people and could even have more comfortably. Loved how close it was to everything. We will be back!

Great group ! I would definitely host Daniel and h9s group again!
We loved hanging out at the house, on the porches, in the hot tub. Location was excellent because it was surprisingly close to everything while leaving us feeling as if we were in the country when at the cabin. Great stay!
Stayed here with family and our dogs. The outdoor space at this property is amazing! Beautiful in the fall. The house is big enough so that we could spread out, everyone had space. Would book again.
Cabin was roomy enough for the six of us. Only had problems with oven being dirty and freezer dirty. Did self clean on oven before using. Let manager know of a few other problems when we left. Overall a good place to make your base camp. Close to activities. Beds and furniture comfortable. Pond down the road . We did not use pond as a few days being used by others and in count of rain. Hot tub great. Would bring more kitchen towels. The biggest downfall was the dogs barking in the area, It was very hot when we stayed but cabin air and fans kept it very comfortable.
Plus- Back walk-in no steps. One upstairs toilet was high rise in smaller bathroom. Hot tub was good. Fire pit was good. Enough beds/couches for everyone. Beautiful wooded private area. Minus- needs one BR not in a bedroom for those sleeping on couches. All could not sit together for meals. Early morning and after dark dogs barking for hours at a time. Private road to cabin was difficult to find.
This was the perfect place for our family, which included 6 adults, 5 children, and 2 dogs. Great location near several attractions. The kids loved the pond and the whole family appreciated the air conditioning during a heat wave. Kitchen was well stocked and host was responsive too!
We had a great stay and enjoyed feeling like being away from town but close enough to enjoy city perks like breweries and restaurants. Love the open floor plan and hot tub!!
We were grateful that the weather was mild and the lack of gas heat was not a problem with the generous use of space heaters. The Christmas tree and decorations were a pleasant surprise for our holiday gathering. Everything was clean and orderly.
