Great Apartment to visit Paris

We had a great time at this location. Good train connections to different places at Paris, a very friendly English speaking host and a nice surrounding at Eaubonne. The appartment is perfect for family with two children. Supermarche is just around the corner, and the street is very quite at the same time.

Perfect stay during the olympics. Very quiet neighborhood with supermarket around the corner. Good access to public transportation. Nice little terasse. Ideal for family of four. Reasonable price despite olympics.

Perfect base for exploring the region

Lovely location on a quiet street with parking outside and a large supermarket just 2 doors away. Convenient for cafes and restaurants in Eaubonne and a short walk (15 minutes) to the train station with multiple lines direct into the city. Compact but functional accommodation for a family of 4 with all the facilities you would require for a short break. There is no washing machine (which is listed) but there is a dishwasher which is probably more useful for short stays. Hadil is a helpful host who answers all questions quickly.

5 jours à Eaubonne

Le logement est agréable, il y a un petit jardin (qui ne nous a pas servi à cause de la pluie), l'escalier avec un balcon. C'est très appréciable. Hadil est un hote sympathique. Dans l'annonce, il est écrit qu'il y a lave-linge et sèche-linge. Je n'ai pas souhaité déranger Hadil. En fait, j'aurais dû car il y a bien une buanderie sous l'hébergement. Une simple observation, le logement est noté pour 5 personnes. Or il n'y a bien que 4 couchages. Il n'est pas possible pour un adulte de s'allonger sur le canapé, c'est un 2 places. Je pense qu'il est idéal pour un couple et un ou deux enfants de plus de 6 ans... Le stationnement est facile et gratuit. Auchan est bien à 1 mn à pieds, ainsi qu'un petit marché 3 fois par semaine. Bref, un séjour au bilan très positif pour moi !

Hôte hyper accessible et réactif, donne de bons conseils. Rez-de chaussée de maison très propre et très fonctionnel dans une petite commune très sympa avec tout à porté de mains sur la place. Grand avantage : on peut sisposer de TOUT ce qu'il y a dans laUne fois trouvé les arrêts, simple de se rendre à Paris centre via bus/train/métro. Mes jeunes et moi avons passé un séjour super! Si nous revenons à Paris, nous irons de nouveau là ! :-)

sehr zuvorkommender vermieter

leider war das von uns gemietete objekt zu unserer reisezeit durch einen heizungsausfall nicht bewohnbar. um uns unseren kurzurlaub dennoch zu ermöglichen, hat sich der vermieter um ein erstklassiges ersatzobjekt gekümmert. wir hatten keinerlei mehr kosten oder mussten uns um irgend etwas kümmern. das hat alles der vermieter geregelt. das ersatzobjekt war sauber und voll ausgestattet. haben uns dort sehr wohlgefühlt. würden bei diesem vermieter immer wieder mieten. danke für einen tollen urlaub, timo und familie.

Parfait pour un séjour en famille pour découvrir Paris ou un séjour professionnel. Propriétaire très sympathique et arrangeant sur les horaires d'arrivée et de départ. Auchan à 1min à pied au bout de la rue, mais environnement très calme. Aucun bruit la nuit ni en journée. Une adresse à retenir. 😊

Très bon séjour

Bon logement, propre et bien aménagé. Le propriétaire était très arrangeant pour les horaires d'arrivée et de départ. Le logement est bien équipé et dispose du nécessaire de 1ère nécessité. Situé à 1.5km de la gare, puis 20 min de RER pour arriver à St Lazare. Possibilité de se garer dans la rue qui est très calme. Je recommande !!

Gezellig verblijf in rustige buurt

We hebben dit geboekt om Parijs te bezoeken. We werden zeer vriendelijk ontvangen en alles werd uitgelegd. Supermarkt is letterlijk om de hoek. Treinstation op loop afstand. De buurt is rustig en je kunt voor de deur parkeren. Bij het uitchecken achterlaten in een sleutelkast. De communicatie met de verhuurder was prima. Een paar mooie dagen gehad!!
