Fully remodeled in February 2020, this bright, beautiful one bedroom, one bathroom oceanfront property in Hale Kai O Kihei unit 213 welcomes you! This second floor condo is luxurious and comfortable and includes a brand new, top of the line split air conditioning unit. The location and proximity to the beach cannot be beat! Enjoy views of the ocean, whale watch, and enjoy the sunrise and sunset right from the private, second-story lanai. Lanai is equipped with custom, electric, sunshade and newly installed glass sliding doors. Just a mere 60 feet outside the unit you will find yourself on a beautiful, serene beach. Parking is free on property for your convenience.

Our beach is very secluded and private. There are no public facilities here (bathrooms, showers, parking lots, etc.) which keeps the crowds located at other beaches. The water is shallow for a very long time until you reach the reef. You can wade with turtles or bask in the sunshine! Beach towels, beach umbrella, and beach chairs provided.

After a day at the beach you will enjoy the custom designed bedroom complete with a king bed. Leave the barn door open to hear the ocean or close it for privacy. The fully stocked kitchen features brand new stainless steel appliances, quartz countertops, and a breakfast bar. Not a detail has been overlooked! The living area includes a memory-foam, comfortable pull-out sofa facing your 50” Smart TV.

A block away are many walkable convenient amenities including numerous restaurants, as well as retail shopping, and a full service grocery store.

We were here exactly during a huge Kona Low storm. It rained with gale force winds for days and flooded the entire area. This was a great place to be stuck! We didn’t see sunsets, but would have if not for the storm. We did see whales from our lanai and turtles on the beach.

The location (right on the beach) was excellent and the condo was extremely clean. We found the bed to be comfortable (foam mattress) after my husband’s back surgery. Joe also made sure we had a couple extra pillows due to post surgery needs.

I would stay at this location again. Owner is very nice to deal with. Only problem was a small problem with ants in the kitchen. Owner provides everything needed from snorkel equipment, children sized surf boards, and all kinds of toys to play in the sand.

Picture Perfect View

We loved our stay in Kihei at Joe's condo. He was very eager and willing to make our stay a happy one. The condo was clean, modern, and comfortable. The views speak for itself. Was here for my mom’s96 th birthday, she lives here in Kihei. . Stayed here before for her other birthdays The property is beautiful & well kept up. Was wonderful to drink our coffee in the morning & wine at sunset- what a view.They have everything you could need for your visit. Thank you for making some wonderful memories.
