Welcome to the brand new Kihei Coop! This luxury beachfront condo with 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms was completely remodeled. Enjoy your next Hawaiian vacation in a beautiful home mere steps from the water, with spectacular sunset views from the private lanai.

Filled with designer touches, the condo is filled with modern amenities for your convenience. Stay cool via the multiple private A/C split units with separate controls in the bedrooms and living room. The bright and open kitchen has a gourmet coffee bar setup, including a gooseneck electric kettle, French press, and Keurig. For spectacular views of the ocean and beach park, the living room has floor-to-ceiling windows unencumbered by drapery. Have the best sleep of your life in the bedrooms, each having cushy Casper memory foam California king beds and blackout drapery/shades. The bathrooms each have walk-in showers with luxurious ceiling-mounted rain showerheads and bonus water wands. The beautiful finishes and contemporary furnishing all add to a luxurious home away from home.

Enjoy more privacy since the condo is on the second floor with easy access to the beach from the nearby elevators and stairs. On the premises, relish the protected swimming and snorkeling in the adjacent coastal fishpond where sea turtles frequently visit! Property amenities include a private outdoor pool, rooftop deck with 360 views (invaluable during whale-watching season), and free parking. The complex is perfectly situated in north Kihei, central to all your island adventures.

For 2026, the pool will be closed September 14-21.

We had the best experience with this VBRO rental. From start to finish, Helen and Mark were amazing! They sent us great ideas of places to eat and things to see! The luau they recommended was so fun!The unit is updated, very clean and well stocked with everything needed for a great vacation getaway. Beds were super comfortable along with the bedding!We really enjoyed the area. Great local restaurants and shops and centrally located if you want to explore the island. Our last 4 days were during the Kona flood and unfortunately we were without electricity and stranded for 48 hours at the rental. Helen and Mark reached out to us to make sure that we were safe and secure during our last few days in Kihei and went above and beyond to accommodate us at check out. We definitely recommend Kihei Coop!!

This is a perfect place to stay when visiting Maui. Comfortable- the beds are fabulous and all the furniture is comfortable. Equipped- beach chairs, umbrellas, the most amazing frigates that gives you more than enough ice, and a fully stocked kitchen with blender etc! They even had spices! We loved sitting on the lanai and watching whales and even saw a seat turtle and Monk seal on the beach. The location is wonderful too- easy to navigate around the island. We visited some wonderful restaurants but want to give a special shout out to Haven by the harbor. It’s new and fantastic. We always hate to leave Hawaii but are looking forward already to our next trip back!

The location is unbeatable—central Kihei, close to great restaurants, shops, and some of the best beaches on Maui, yet still peaceful and relaxing.The condo itself was spotless, beautifully maintained, and thoughtfully equipped with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. My spouse and I, along with another couple, stayed here for 8 nights in January 2026 and had a wonderful experience. Check-in was super easy with excellent instructions, which we really appreciated since we arrived late in the day.The location is fantastic with plenty of parking, and the unit itself was clean, very comfortable, and well maintained. Our favorite part was the proximity to the uncrowded beach and the beautiful ocean views from the lanai. We enjoyed breakfast or coffee out there and played cards in the evenings while listening to the waves crash in the background, it was incredibly relaxing. Sunsets from the lanai were a highlight.Having a washer and dryer in the unit was a huge bonus, and they even provided enough soap and dryer sheets for our entire stay. It truly felt like the hosts went the extra mile. The coffee bar was excellent (Starbucks pods, an electric kettle, and a French press), and the kitchen was stocked with basic spices, cooking oils, and even ice packs in the freezer, wish we had known ahead of time, as we packed some of those ourselves.The bathroom was equally well stocked with shampoo, conditioner, contact solution, and a first aid kit, which was very thoughtful. There were also extra beach towels and a variety of beach gear available, even though we didn’t end up using them.The host was super responsive and very kind throughout our stay. We had a great time and would absolutely stay here again. You won’t regret booking this place

This condo was great. Very clean, Beautiful view. Perfect for two couples. Loved the roof top access as well as a very quick walk to the beach. Well situated so that we could get to almost anywhere within 30-40 minutes of easy driving. The Indian Food restaurant here is very good, we ate there the first night and then on our last, both times did not dissapoint.

Great condo and perfect location

We spent a wonderful week with friends who rented at the same place. Our 8-year-old son loved the nearby beach and the pool. The condo was clean and well equipped, including a cooler bag and a parasol for the beach. We loved being so close to all shops as well. Communication was great, too! We actually didn't need much help after we checked in because everyone was perfect.

Perfect Condo in a 10/10 Location

This place was perfect for two adult couples. We each had our own full bathroom and king bed. It was stocked with everything we needed for the beach (towels, chairs, umbrellas, etc.) & everything we needed to cook and feel at home for 10 days. Location was perfect and convenient to everything you'd want on Maui. Appliances were all new - ice maker in the refrigerator was clutch, the blender worked perfectly for mixed drinks, washer/dryer were new and large. Hope to be back soon and will absolutely be staying here!

Condo is excellent! Helen & Mark have created a beautiful home away from home. Description and pics are accurate, but here are some extra details and notes.—Unit is tasteful, well-appointed, and very clean (tho décor restricts space to set your stuff)—Ample dishes, flatware, glasses/cups, serving bowls/trays, knife block etc. (no steak knives)—Detailed instructions provided for techy appliances—Firm memory foam beds -- perfect for our taste—ABUNDANT bathroom / beach towels supplied (slightly interfered with space to hang wet items and shelves to stow clothes)—Lots of bonus items: soft sided cooler, ice packs, chairs, umbrellas, fishing rods, sand pails, etc.—Split AC units were quiet & efficient, and allowed for diff temp prefs—Loved whale-watching from lanai - pack your binoculars!Nit-Picky Stuff: Ultra MINOR items may matter to some.—Shower floor is super-slick, might be difficult if you have physical limitations.—No bathroom fan for "privacy". —Googled how to use shower controls. —Small stick vacuum provided, doesn’t lift the ever-present, ultra-fine red-brown dust. A dust broom or Swiffer would be helpful.—A second end table would be nice so all LR seating has place for beverages / snacks.Complex (outside owner’s control):—TIGHT parking spots, rent a small car!—No early morning pool time, opens @8:30.—Area is quiet, not much in walking distance, expect to drive to restaurants, shops, etc.Overall, loved Kihei Coop!! Our condo is nestled in the heart of Kihei, on the sunny South Shore of Maui, where breathtaking white sand beaches are at your doorstep! Enjoy the excellent swimming, kite surfing, snorkeling, scuba diving, and whale watching!

The property is adjacent to the ancient Hawaiian coastal fish pond of Ko`ie`ie, a historic landmark still used to this day for fishing and recreation. Within the protection of the fish pond's walls and offshore reefs, swimmers enjoy the calmer surf, learn to snorkel and when lucky, spot some anae (mullet), awa (milkfish) and honu (sea turtles).

A private swimming pool is also on the grounds, next to a sun bathing deck, floor shuffleboards, picnic tables and grills. Dotted with palm trees and well-manicured grass, the grounds are perfect for strolling, socializing or sunning.

Views are stunning from multiple locations around the property. From the condo, the master bedroom and the lanai (balcony) have spectacular views of the sunset, the beach park, and the changing colors of the morning light. The oceanfront restaurant overlooks the ancient fish pond, pool area and beach. On the rooftop deck, the lounge and grill area show panoramic views of the ocean and the slopes of the 10,023-ft. dormant volcano Mt. Haleakalā, which the Hawaiians named "House of the Sun."

Guests enjoy the convenience of this centrally-located property. It is right along South Kihei Road with direct access to the rest of South Maui (Kihei, Wailea and Makena), peppered with gorgeous beaches and delicious restaurants. Being on the Northern end of Kihei, guests can easily travel to Kaanapali or Kapalua for site seeing, or drive into "town" (Kahului) to get to Costco or the airport, or travel easily to the upcountry or the Road to Hana.

What makes this property unique

Visitors love that our newly-remodeled luxury condo, with beautiful finishes and contemporary furnishing, is only steps away from the beach. Guests can have a cold drink or a meal on the lanai (balcony), which overlooks the ocean with picturesque views throughout the day. Back inside the unit, the guest can enjoy multiple air conditioning splits, separately controlled for each bedroom and the common area. The condo has two separate bedrooms, each with California king beds and Casper mattresses. There are also two gorgeous bathrooms, and one is connected directly to the master bedroom with a double vanity (rare for most short term rentals). Coffee lovers have access to a scale, grinder and goose-neck electric kettle for making pour-over coffees. Or make two cups with the French press. Or conveniently make coffee quickly with the Keurig machine. The combination of these unique amenities lead to a memorable stay.
