Lovely holiday

We enjoyed our stay very much. Christelle and Emmanuel were lovely hosts and very helpful at all times. The location is quite good, it’s only a 15 minute drive to Honfleur and the closest beach and other Normandy locations are easy to reach as well.

Superb characterful property. Great to escape the hectic coastal towns. Children loved watching the chickens from the terrace. Clean and well equipped. Appreciated the fan. The girls loved to read in the upstairs hammock. Friendly owners who seemed welcoming except quite blunt twice in terms of expectations of how we should leave the property when we left. This put us off cooking in the property and made it hard to relax.

Bonjour Nous sommes désolés que vous ayez été déboussolés sur le retour propre du gîte mais nous demandons à ce qu'il nous soit rendu aussi propre que vous l'avez trouvé car il n'y a pas de ménage inclus. Or c'est systématique que nous devons faire les cheveux dans les bacs de douche, nettoyer le dentifrice sur le miroir et le lavabo, ramasser les miettes sur les tables... C'est une réalité au quotidien donc oui, nous sommes clairs avec le rendu du gîte et malgré cela, ce n'est pas respecté ! Je vous souhaite une bonne reprise et suis heureuse que vos enfants aient pu apprécier le séjour.

Warm and cosy place with character

Spacious open plan annex to a larger property in the countryside. Lovely big wooden dining table and great efficient eco wood burning fireplace to keep everyone warm. The kitchen was equipped with the essentials and 2 bathrooms plus a separate WC was great for the many children. Adult bedroom upstairs and bunk room downstairs suited us. The enclosed outdoor veranda would be lovely in the warmer months. Emmanuel was a charming and kind host, making our large ensemble of little monsters feel welcome. The property is located a short drive from Honfleur and there are supermarkets nearby. We enjoyed a lovely 3 night stay.

Bel accueil

Très belle rencontre avec les propriétaires, proche de nos demandes et beau gite pour un séjour inoubliable.Nous recommandons ce gite et prendre le temps de vivre à la campagne;Merveilleuse Normandie qui nous a permis de passer de belles soirées avec nos frères et sœurs.
