In a private residence secured by code gates, on a plot of 850 m2, a villa shaded and cooled by pine trees, which is precious in summer; in a quiet place, close to the port 150m, the pier of the island of Embiez, shops 200m, the beach 400m, 5 km from Sanary, 12 km from Toulon, its port, its museums.

Jaques bietet seinen Gästen ein unbeschreiblich schönes Haus mit Garten an. Es ist alles sehr liebevoll eingerichtet und für viele Personen geeignet. Im Haupthaus gibt es 4 Schlafzimmer und 2 Bäder, weitere Schlafmöglichkeiten und ein weiteres Bad noch in einem Nebenhäuschen. Der gute Spirit der Eigentümer ist überall fühlbar.Es fehlt an nichts. Es gibt Geschirr für 14 Personen, eine tolle Kaffeemaschine, einen großen Kühlschrank, einen super Herd, eine perfekte Klimaanlage … Alles ist da und recht neu renoviert.Im großen Garten hat man viele Möglichkeiten, sich zurück zu ziehen, viel Schatten, einen überdachten Bereich mit riesigem Tisch und 20 Stühlen und weitere nette Ecken zu entdecken.Die Lage des Hauses in Le Brusc ist perfekt. Es ist total ruhig und trotzdem kann man alles zu Fuß erreichen.Ein besonders Haus mit sehr netten Gastgeber.Empfehlenswert!
