Overall good property and good location in a quiet residential area not far from sea (15min walk). The pictures depict well. Recently renovated, so comfortable with air conditioning, new kitchen, good double beds (but single beds were said to not be so much comfortable …). We spend a very good week there. Minimal furniture and decoration. the double room at the first floor is a bit empty with only a double bed and a old carpet which I assume was at the origin of a light strange smell. We needed a desk, so we build one with what we found on place, but it is pity to not have some furnitures to make it more cosy and easier with so much available space. Also more cosy lighting would be nice. The cleanliness of the swimming pool water was not as good as we could expect, but it might be due to the number of guests each week, using solar cream, … etc. We rent last year for a cheaper price another house with perfect services, decoration, quality of everything and also with bikes to go easily to the sea. So I can say that if the quality of the house is really good, it is a bit overpriced.
