We had everything we needed for a nice stay at the beach! Easy beach access with beach towels, beach chairs and umbrella provided. The host provided very specific entry instructions and we appreciated the secure building and parking. We also really loved having both Moe's and Molly's restaurants right downstairs.

We had a wonderful stay! Communication with the host was excellent from start to finish. Clear, detailed, and incredibly helpful, making check-in and our entire stay stress-free.The condo has an A/C unit in the bedroom, which helped keep the space comfortable after spending time in the sun. The location is fantastic, you are literally just steps from the beach, which my family absolutely loved.The property also felt very secure and safe, giving us peace of mind throughout our trip. Having an elevator made bringing luggage up to the unit at the start of our stay convenient. There's also a shop across the street that had all the essentials we needed, making it easy to stock up on anything we needed without having to drive.

Great location and amenities! Very secure building with a gated garage - fit my suburban (barely!) Elevator to all levels. Outdoor shower to rinse off beach sand was very convenient. Pictures are accurate - immaculately clean and spacious. Beach was practically right outside the building, and easy walking to the bay to paddleboard. SeaWorld has changed their 845pm fireworks show to a drone show, which we could see at night from the patio (please excuse my mediocre pics but they'll give you an idea.

We created unforgettable memories with our family during this trip. It was a dream come true to enjoy a relaxing vacation right in front of the beach, something we had always wanted. The interior of the home was clean, comfortable, and perfect in every way. Jay was kind and helpful throughout our stay.Our family are true coffee lovers, and we loved that there were excellent cafés within walking distance, as well as fantastic restaurants from breakfast to dinner.This is a wonderful condo that we would highly recommend to everyone.

Excellent location on Mission Beach. Loved our walks on the boardwalk and to several fun restaurants. The place was clean and comfortable, and the host was outstanding! Our daughter chose SDSU this weekend, so we will be renting again!
