Spotless, modern, and well-appointed, this property is the perfect spot for the beach, restaurants , attractions, and the sites of San Diego. Our hosts, Sooz and Dave, were so helpful answering our questions before the trip and during the trip. We found the property to be in great area for Uber pickups. It also had a great garage!

Molly and her family were excellent tenants. They went above and beyond taking care of our vacation property. I t was raining and they put the patio umbrellas down, covered the patio furniture, and after the rain was done they scooped out the water that pooled on top of the fire pit tables cover! They were so gracious. I would have them back in a heartbeat!

Our little family loved staying here! The home was clean and was the perfect layout for us. We enjoyed going to the beach everyday (only a couple minute walk), walking the boardwalk and checking out the numerous restaurants and shops while there. There were plenty of beach toys for the kids to play with, boogie boards, some bikes if you wanted to ride along the boardwalk, and all the amenities you’d need for a family to enjoy the comforts of the property. We especially loved the outdoor seating area. We had many lunches and dinners outside enjoying the weather and the amazing ocean view. Susan was extremely responsive and helpful throughout our stay and would highly recommend this property to other families for a weekend in SD. We will definitely stay here again!

We had a great time. It was super easy beach access, and we appreciated that it was a more chill vibe versus how it was closer to Belmont Park so we could go into the hustle and bustle of the restaurant area and then go back to the house and have it be peace and quiet

Beautiful house with all you could need for your stay (and more). The kitchen was stocked with everything you need to cook and there is a grill on the wonderful deck. The hosts are were very helpful from check in to check out. Loved the location and the amazing sunsets on the beach.Highly recommend this lovely property

A hop, skip and jump from the sand! This beach cottage was absolutely perfect — The location couldn’t have been better for peaceful beach walks, sunset views. The cottage itself was spotless, beautifully maintained, and so refreshing and inviting from the moment we walked in.Everything we needed was thoughtfully provided, making it feel like a home away from home. The kitchen was well stocked, the beds were comfortable, and every little detail made our stay easy and relaxing. One of our favorite parts was the patio, such a quiet, peaceful space to enjoy morning coffee while listening to the ocean waves in the background. It was the perfect way to start each day.If you’re looking for a clean, cozy, and relaxing beach getaway, this cottage is a gem.

Your paying for the location which truly is amazing. It’s steps to the beach. The outdoor area is great. The home is quaint and clean. Perfect for small family. Host was attentive and welcoming. Also this is the quieter side of PB. If that’s what ya want , like a totally open beach just for u , it’s perfect.
