Clean! Best DECK... VIEW... 1 min to sand. PARKING... BIKES. Cal King.

We finished our remodel June 2020. Check out our reviews. So far so good. It looks like it's almost unanimous (5 Stars)!

This is a great location and a good place to barbecue and relax... only 2 properties from the sand.

Sleeps 5 comfortably or 6 with 2 couples and 2 small kids.. You'll love the front deck with a little view of sand and water with 6 seater gas Fire-pit dining table and all-weather wicker couch. Note* fire isn't working as it corroded underneath and is unsafe to use. Hoping to get it repaired but my contractor wasn't able to so we are working on finding parts.

2 bedrooms, 1 Cal King bed and one Queen beds, also a Queen sleeper in Sectional sofa (memory foam).

2 bathrooms; 1 full bath and an ensuite bath in the master bedroom.

All bedding, linens, and furniture are good quality. It is clean, disinfected, and decorated nicely with very comfortable beds and furniture. We offer a lot, including all the beach necessities; beach chairs, towels, boogie boards, beach umbrella, sand toys for kids, and beach cruiser bikes (sorry no small kids bikes). No need to pack much.

Parking for one car in garage. Free parking on the street. The garage will fit a big SUV but not lifted extended bed trucks.

The coin-operated laundry facilities are shared in the garage with an upstairs separate 1 bedroom unit. That's the only access they have to the house. They also have their own parking space and back entrance (their space is to the right of the garage). The tenant is very nice and keeps to himself so don't worry about your privacy. You probably won't even see him.

We have a card table and 4 folding chairs in case you want to play games at night inside or if you happen to be there when it's raining (hopefully you won't have rain but it happens just not too often).

Free WIFI and Direct TV with all the apps you can sign into with our own account.

Please only inquire if you are a small respectful group or family. This is not a party house! The homeowners next door will not tolerate loud music or drunken groups on the deck causing disturbances.

PET-FREE ZONE due to severe allergies. Including support animals.

Please let us know who is coming and a little about yourselves so we know who is staying.

Strip any used beds, gather used towels and store extra beds

Please leave the garage remote for the car where you found it.
Leave the furniture in the same place it was when you arrived.
Let us know of any spills or stains on beds or furnishings so we can address any issues before next guests.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
This house is on a residential street with mostly homeowners. Absolutely NO parties or extra people not listed staying over.
Leave the house how you found it accept for normal cleaning. PLEASE take good care of the property. We would really appreciate it.
Keep the garage closed and locked at all times accept when you are present. The bikes and other items will be stolen if you don't.

We had a great time. It was super easy beach access, and we appreciated that it was a more chill vibe versus how it was closer to Belmont Park so we could go into the hustle and bustle of the restaurant area and then go back to the house and have it be peace and quiet

Beautiful house with all you could need for your stay (and more). The kitchen was stocked with everything you need to cook and there is a grill on the wonderful deck. The hosts are were very helpful from check in to check out. Loved the location and the amazing sunsets on the beach.Highly recommend this lovely property

Our getaway was wonderful at this cozy, beautiful beach home. It was a perfect long weekend with perfect weather. It was well stocked with plenty of supplies for sitting at the beach and even had bikes and boogie boards. It was very close to the beach and a nice walk to Belmont Park. The host was very responsive and we definitely enjoyed ourselves! We will definitely be returning.

This property was perfect for my family. We had a fabulous beach house stay while visiting my son’s college and Coronado. We enjoyed stepping out our beautiful front patio to play in the waves, watch beautiful sunsets, and walk to local restaurants and market. The host was attentive and the accommodations were clean and well appointed. The beds were very comfortable. We would love to stay here again.

Thank you for your kind review. I know that there was some inconveniences with the unit over the garage being at the end of the remodel. Unfortunately it’s never a good time to do that with year round guests. We blocked off a lot of time thinking it would be finished by your stay but like most projects there’s unforeseen issues that hold things up. Thank you for being so nice and putting up with it. Now the front House is repainted inside as well as the deck and railing. The upkeep at the beach is never ending but needs to be kept up to preserve the niceness of the original remodel.

I searched so many properties (I am a planner) I finally decided on this lovely house. I say stop searching and book this place. We had an excellent stay at this two-bedroom, two-bath home in Mission Beach. The layout was perfect—both bedrooms were comfortable, and having two full bathrooms made everything easy. The kitchen was a standout: clean, modern, and stocked with everything we needed to cook meals during our stay.The patio was one of our favorite spots to relax, especially in the evenings, and having a garage in Mission Beach was a huge bonus. The location was perfect for walking to the beach, the bay, and local restaurants.We didn’t get the greatest weather (still nice as it is San Diego) one amazing sunset. Overall, this was a fantastic place to stay, and we would definitely book again on our next trip to San Diego!

This property is perfect in every way! It is laid out so nicely and is very well furnished! Beds are so comfortable! We loved the few steps to the sandy beach and board walk. From our deck we had a perfect view of the sunset and could hear the waves. We didn't have a car but it was an easy walk to markets and great little take outs. We would go back for sure! Communication with the hosts was great!

I grew up in the area and love South Mission Beach. The white sand and the active lifestyle is amazing. Dave and I are locals here in San Diego. We live about 25 minutes north and we are very hands on with the vacation rental. We own a Window and Door dealership, "Builders Window Supply". This beach house is a fun hobby/investment for us and it has proven to be very rewarding. When and if it isn't booked, we stay and play volleyball or bike or kayak. We have two grown kids on their own.

Why they chose this property

This is a great property. The neighbors (mostly home owners) look out for each other and happily help out when needed. The house is so close to the beach yet just far enough away to be calm. It's updated and clean. We strive for 5 star reviews so if you stay and something isn't right, call us so we can correct it as soon as possible.

What makes this property unique

We are on one of the few streets that have parking in front of the property. Most of the courts in South Mission are divided from their neighbors by a skinny sidewalk and there is a lot of closeness. We have less of a noise concern because of the distance from our opposite neighbor. Our tenants love outdoor living space on the deck . We do too. We are just off the boardwalk so not a lot of looky-loo's checking us out but enough people watching when people ride bikes or walk by.
