Relax on the balconies that overlook the water or swim & sun on the brand new 2 story boathouse. Neighborhood launch so you can bring your watercraft with you or rent one from our local marina. Life truly is better at the Lake.

Main Level:

Master bedroom with its own balcony that overlooks nature and the Lake. Master also includes a private on-suite and closet.

Large living area makes for a great place to entertain and share stories with family or friends. When not entertaining this area makes a perfect place where you can just sit, relax and unwind or even read a book,

Sunroom has ample sitting areas with a dining table. Enjoy all the wonderful views of the trees, nature and of course the Lake out any of the windows. 2 Doors lead out to 2 different balconies.

Kitchen has all the essentials for cooking and comes with an eat in table. Go out the kitchen door and enjoy your morning coffee on the balcony listening to nature and enjoying the lake views.

Lower Level:
Features a large open entertainment area with large screen TV and Wet Bar. Full bathroom is also located downstairs. Entertainment room also has two french doors that exit to a covered patio with sitting areas. Enjoy the views of the yard, boathouse and Lake from this area.

2 of the bedrooms are downstairs. The first one has a queen size bed along with a pull out sofa and access to the lake from the room. The second bedroom features bunk beds with full size mattresses, TV and direct access to the backyard via a french door.

Outside:
Brand New 2 Story Boathouse. Easy access from the house. The bridge from the house takes you to the upper level of the boathouse. Enjoy spectacular views of the Cove and Main Lake from this level. Chairs and lounges gives you the opportunity to entertain or relax and refresh while in the open air. Take the stairs downstairs and enjoy making beverages or light snacks from the large bar area. Also has a nice size dock that brings you closer to the water. Relax or jump in, either way its an awesome way to spend your days and nights, Ladder provides easy entry and exiting from the lake and several dock cleats and bumpers around the perimeter of the boat dock allows you to tie up your boat or jetski while enjoying your vacation.
