The location is excellent, just on the southern edge of town within easy reach of the restaurants and beaches. There was some noise with people walking past in the night but I imagine that is the same throughout the town. The apartment itself could have been more comfortable: there not enough comfortable seats for 4 people to relax in- just a 2 seat sofa and 2 wicker dining chairs and the beds smaller than normal in the UK (less than 2m long). Some of the appliances were older than I would have expected. There was a problem with the boiler dripping water onto the kitchen work surface whenever the hot water was used. A handyman attended but did not fix the drip so we left a saucepan underneath which we emptied every day. Vanessa who hosted us was very friendly and always responded quickly, providing more pillows and a fan when we asked. Ericeira is a lovely town with a relaxed atmosphere and plenty of bars and restaurants.

Very comfortable apartment in a great location.

Tomas is a wonderful host, he was full of useful suggestions that greatly enhanced the quality of our Ericeira visit. Extremely friendly, very responsive and always made an effort to get us information we requested. When we checked in a few things were missing, and Tomas immediately made a run to the store for what we needed. The apartment met all our needs and this would have been a five star rating except for a couple of cleaning details.

Sven and Diana were great guests, very interested in knowing about the area, easy to communicate with, very understading about some faults and very respectful. It was a real pleasure to host them, I would love to host them again in the future.

Apartamento agradável, completamente equipado e com uma vista deslumbrante par o mar. Localização excepcional, junto à praia e ao centro da vila. Fomos muito bem recebidos pelo Tomás que tudo fez para que a nossa estadia fosse perfeita.
