Very clean property. Very dark as the accommodation is very deep in a basement with quite limited natural lighting. We could hear occupants upstairs. The kitchen was adequate. but the shower was quite good. No washer/dryer which was probably as advertised. We loved the neighborhood and its central location.

Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. We’re glad to hear you found the property very clean, enjoyed the shower, and especially loved the central location and neighborhood. We’re sorry to hear that the natural lighting and sound from the occupants above impacted your stay. As a lower level accommodation, the home does have more limited natural light than an above ground property, and we always want guests to have a clear understanding of the layout and features when booking. We appreciate your feedback and are glad there were still several aspects of the home that you enjoyed.

Great location! Close to everything! Very cute apartment. However sheets weren’t provided for the Murphy bed and you could hear everything from the upstairs unit.

Response from VrboOwner on 12 Mar 2026
Thank you so much for your kind review and thoughtful feedback and we truly appreciate it! The bedding for the Murphy bed is kept in the closet for guests to use, and I’m sorry if that wasn’t easy to spot during your stay. I’m also sorry to hear that it was a bit noisy at times, and we hope it didn’t take away too much from your overall experience. We’d love the opportunity to host you again in the future! - Aspen Leisure Co.

This is a lovely place- fantastic location, very clean. Check in was a breeze. I did not realize it was garden level- maybe I did not read carefully but it is a very bright and modern space it didn’t matter.

We stayed here twice. Both very pleasant and comfortable. The stairs, though safe, are a problem if you have bad knees though.

Great location. Well stocked kitchen. Was able to cook and serve Thanksgiving meal for our family of three. As a VRBO host as well. Here are a few suggestions. Would suggest restocking of silverware (short number) and additional towels for both kitchen and bath are a must since there is no washer and dryer for a long stay if 7 days. Thanks.

Thank you so much for staying with us and for taking the time to share your thoughtful feedback! We’re so glad to hear that the kitchen worked well for preparing your Thanksgiving meal, and that truly makes us happy. We also really appreciate your suggestions, especially coming from a fellow VRBO host. And yes, you’re absolutely right, our listing does not include a washer or dryer as an amenity, so having extra towels on hand is a great idea. Thank you again for your helpful insights and for being such a lovely guest. We’d be delighted to welcome you back anytime!

Enjoyed Our Stay Immensely

GREAT kitchen! Cooked all our meals there. I enjoyed the older neighborhood next to park, walking around looking at older houses. Although this apartment was in the basement, the lighting was bright and well-placed, so I found it delightful to stay there. AND, the price was quite affordable, a double plus!

Perfect!

The location was just what we wanted - in town just a short walk to everywhere! And a quick bike ride or drive to the nearest trail! Management company very supportive of an appliance that went out. Super clean property, nice and cool in summer, a secluded retreat!
