Nice views and location

The location was perfect for my 3 year old granddaughters first trip to the beach. The unit was big enough for our group. The king bed was very comfortable. The unit does need some updating. The couch was clean but cushions were worn down. The chairs were also clean but outdated. Some of the trim on the kitchen counters were lifting off the counter and the toaster oven definitely needs replacing. There were plenty of dishes and pots/pans and a crockpot to my suprise. Overall it was a wonderful time with my kids and their spouses and my granddaughter. The beach was amazing and the views from the balcony were perfect and had plenty of seating. We were without water part of one day which was inconvenient but not the propertys fault. I would stay here again for sure bit please do make the updates. It will pay off for you in the end.

Opportunities

St. Regis is a great location. General property needs updates i.e. elevators, hallways, closed indoor pool and jacuzzi. Steps to beach are dangerous- should be closed until repaired. Assume tides have shifted the staircase as very steep Condo decorated tastefully. Sleeper sofa in need of replacement- sagging significantly. Kitchen small but adequate. Stovetop electric plates need attention. Extra large washer and dryer appreciated.

St.Regis

Great location and property amenities. The Guest WiFi, however, was not good. We could only get it to work intermittently which was very frustrating. There was a lot of noise from a wedding reception on our first night there, but the music did stop about 10pm thankfully.

Family Fun Time!

Enjoyed our time at Topsail. The beach was lovely and the weather was great. The accommodations were exactly as we expected. The view from the balcony was priceless!
