On-site check-in with a concierge, available throughout your stay during the following hours:
- Monday through Friday: 9 a.m. – 12 p.m., then 3 p.m. – 7 p.m.
- Saturday: 8 a.m. – 7 p.m.
- Sunday: 9 a.m. – 11:00 a.m., then 4:00 p.m. – 7:00 p.m.
Late check-in is possible; keys will be available in a secure box, and an emergency number is provided just in case

The Arc En Ciel residence is located in the Hameau du Mottaret area, ideal for skiers as it is the highest area in the Méribel resort, at an altitude of 1,800 metres. Direct access to the slopes of the 3 Vallées, the world’s largest ski area (over 600 km of trails).
The centre of Mottaret is a 3-minute ski ride from the apartment; there you’ll find all the ski lifts that provide access to Courchevel or Méribel in 30 minutes on one side, and to Val Thorens or Les Menuires in 30 minutes on the other.
You can even explore all three valleys in a single day!

The residence is ideal for a holiday with family or friends, connected to the shopping centre by a pedestrian bridge: mini-market, sports store, restaurants, bars, etc. You can reach the centre of the Méribel Mottaret resort via a free cable car: the “Téléporté des Chalets.” These lifts are open from 8:30 a.m. to 7:00 p.m. during the season. You can always go down and back up via the stairs at any time (allow 15 minutes to go down and 20–25 minutes to go back up, depending on your energy level).
There’s also a free shuttle service to either the Mottaret resort or Méribel (where you’ll find a bowling alley and the Olympic-sized ice rink). The shuttle stop is 50 metres from the apartment.
