Pleasant stay

We stayed as a family of 5 and rooms were small but comfortable with adequate storage. Kitchen was well equipped. TV was very small, and Wifi was terrible. Otherwise all good, would likely stay again.

Cosy unit in Meribel

Unit was clean and comfortable and as advertised. 10/15 min walk from the ski slopes. Only note is that the internet wifi connection is very slow so you may need to use your cell data plan. Would stay here again!

We loved our stay in this apartment. Raphael and his team were super helpful and communicative. The flat is conveniently close to the centre of Meribel and there is very easy access to the ski slopes. The flat was clean and has been refurbished nicely. We highly recommend a stay here for a group of friends looking for the perfect place to stay in Meribel!

Appartement sympa

L’appartement est très sympa et bien agencé avec une grande terrasse. Par contre ménage à notre arrivé pas fait, obligé de le faire et de se faire rembourser les 180€ de ménage, l’appartement n’est pas à 450 m des pistes comme indiqué dans l’annonce mais à 850m Donc prévoir 14/15 min de marche pour accéder aux pistes Sinon l’appartement est sympa

Merci pour votre retour. Nous sommes ravis que vous ayez apprécié l’appartement et sa terrasse. Nous sommes sincèrement désolés pour l’état du ménage à votre arrivée. Dans ce genre de situation, nous proposons immédiatement le passage d’une nouvelle équipe, en complément du remboursement de la prestation. Concernant la distance jusqu’aux pistes : elles sont bien situées à environ 450 mètres si l’on emprunte l’escalator situé à l’Office de Tourisme, comme indiqué dans nos instructions envoyées avant le séjour. Vous avez dû y accéder par le front de neige de La Chaudanne qui est effectivement à 850 mètres. Nous regrettons si cette information n’était pas assez claire dans nos échanges, et allons veiller à le préciser davantage. Encore merci pour votre message, et au plaisir de vous accueillir à nouveau dans de meilleures conditions.
