The apartment is built in 2007, the master bedroom with a double up and a private bathroom.
Large numbers 2 double up and the third room with 2 singel beds that can be placed together.. It is also possible to borrow a cot so that there are 3 beds in the last bedroom. The ensuite bathroom has dush related to number 2 bedroom and third bed room. Large living room with dining area for 6-8 people. Radio, television 55 inch Smart tv 2022 with Apple tv, and sofa group. Kitchen with all appliances, grill, microwave, sink, dish and more
New washing machine and dishwasher in 2018. Wi-Fi-fiber wireless network. New aircondition, Daikon in desember 2022. All apartment are painted in June 2022, look very fresh.
Kitchen, new installed in Desember 2024, cant delete them in photos, strange system, listet last in the photos, just dont look at them :)

Huge terrace, with nice wiew, all the way to the sea.

Seaside is 5 minuttes by car, 25 minuttes walk, 10 minuttes with the bike. Nice outside the city centrum, not so crowdy and hot, still close to everything. Benamoure golf is 10 minuttes drive away,

The host made it easy to check in, and the apartment was nice. The kitchen could use a few more serving utensils and some baking pans, but those are minor issues. The place was clean and was convenient to downtown while still being in a quiet area.

Excellent Stay

We had a wonderful stay at the apartment. Super clean, very spacious, newly updated kitchen, large terrace for enjoying the Algarve sun. The host was extremely responsive to all of our needs. Highly recommend!

2024 summer holidays

Again, a wonderful stay. House is spacious and extremely well equipped, not too far from town centre. Despite extremely high temperatures, the fact that all rooms are equipped with high quality air conditioning makes the stay much more comfortable. We will most likely return

Wonderful apartment

We relocated to this apartment after a truly miserable experience in an unheated house in the country. Paula, the housekeeper, interruped her Sunday to enable us to move in as quickly as possible, and she and her husband were helpful throughout our stay. The apartment is located in a very pleasant residential neighborhood, 20-25 minutes walk to the center of town. It is extremely comfortable. There is a huge outdoor patio with a view of the ocean. Thank you for a lovely stay.

Nice flat for large group/ 2 couples with kids

Property faithfully depicted in the add, quiet area, only downside is the need to drive a bit to get everywhere, but great if you like to ride a bike.

Nos recibió Paula al llegar que es muy agradable y se puso a nuestra disposición para lo que necesitáramos. El piso es tal cual sale en las fotografías, muy amplio, la terraza maravillosa, con aire acondicionado en cada habitación, la cocina totalmente equipada y fácil aparcamiento en la zona. Una zona muy tranquila al lado del pueblo de Tavira y con todos los servicios necesarios.

enjoy Portugal a lot, and have a hope that when i retire I will stay in Tavira, many months every winter, have been everywhere in Portugal, Tavira is absolutly the best city in the entire Portugal. Maybe not if you are into nightclubs and partying, than Tavira is the wrong place.

Why they chose this property

close to city center, still calm, relaxed and often with a nice breeze from the seaside. No problem at all to park a car or more, can be really difficult in the ciy during high season
