This is a fantastic property with an amazing large outdoor space and beautiful pool. The property could not be better equipped inside and is spacious and clean throughout. The villa is in a quiet and private location and is not overlooked. It’s about 10 minutes walking into Estoi where there is a supermarket and the Estoi palace a Roman ruins(currently closed while they are building a new visitor centre.) Also around 20 min drive to Faro, the beach and airport. It’s also near the motorway so you can be at the large shopping mall and water parks within 25min. There is also a 7km hiking trail from Estoi with fantastic views and is really well signposted. The organisation of the let and communication from the host was always excellent. We had an amazing time.

A casa é impecável e estava imaculada quando chegámos. É muito bem estruturada, com bastantes recantos passíveis de utilização. Tem sala e casa de jantar autónomas e a cozinha está muito bem apetrechada, o que tornou tudo muito funcional. A piscina é óptima e também está muito bem apetrechada de espreguiçadeiras. A comunicação, quer com o dono, quer com quem se fez o check-in e o check-out, correu sempre muito bem. Gostaríamos muito de voltar.

Wir hatten einen traumhaften Urlaub in der Casa na Rocha mit Familie und Freunden. Das Haus ist sehr großzügig eingerichtet und bietet eine Menge Platz, um zu entspannen. Die Küche ist hervorragend ausgestattet und der Pool war ideal zum Abkühlen.

Hemos ido dos parejas de amigos con niños de 12-18 años y hemos estado super bien. La casa es grande, super bien equipada para tener todas las comodidades del mundo, no falta ni un detalle, casi como en casa (muchísimos utensilios de cocina, vajilla, plancha, incluso 2 neveras Polarbox monísimas para ir a la playa, sombrilla, juegos de mesa, colchonetas en la piscina, etc). Habitaciones amplias, luminosas y las camas cómodas.La zona exterior es perfecta para disfrutar de la piscina, hacer barbacoa o comer. Tiene buen acceso a la autovia A-22 para ir por todo el Algarve. Muy recomendable!!

Besser geht es nicht, alles ist perfekt

Wir haben schon in vielen Ferienhäusern unseren Familienurlaub verbracht, dieses Haus toppt alles, es ist absolut perfekt was die Lage, die hochwertige Einrichtung und Ausstattung betrifft. Es gibt absolut nichts zu kritisieren. Die zügige Korrespondenz mit Herrn Schabel für die Vorabinformationen war sehr hilfreich.Der späte Check-In in der Nacht war sehr freundlich und hilfreich. Alles war sauber und gepflegt, die Küchenaustattung ist super großzügig, es fehlte an nichts. Bei zu heißen Temperaturen waren die Klimaanlagen sehr hilfreich.Der schöne Pool und die Außenanlage wurden 1x pro Woche sehr gut gepflegt.Die Strände und die umliegenden Städte und Dörfer und Sehenswürdigkeiten sind mit dem Auto problemlos zu erreichen.Unsere Familie, 5 Erwachsene und 2 Teenies haben den Urlaub sehr genossen und sind hochzufrieden wieder nach Hause geflogen.Danke, Familie Liedtke

Ein wundervoller Familien-Urlaub

Wir waren mit drei Generationen (Großmutter, Onkel, Eltern, Kindern) für zwei Wochen in der Casa na Rocha. Das Haus ist wunderschön und sehr gepflegt. Die Aufteilung der Schlafzimmer war für unsere Konstellation perfekt; jeder hatte seinen eigenen Bereich und gleichzeitig boten die Terrasse und der Pool-Bereich jede Menge Platz für gemeinsame Stunden. Die Küche ist top ausgestattet, nicht nur was Equipment wie Gläser, Besteck, Töpfe etc. betrifft, sonder auch alle Gewürze, Öl, Essig, Mehr, Zucker etc. waren vor Ort. Unsere Kinder waren begeistert vom Pool, der genau die richtige Größe hat. Die Kommunikation im Vorfeld war sowohl mit dem Eigentümer, als auch mit der Verwalterin vor Ort sehr gut. Wir haben schon mehrfach Häuser an der Algarve gemietet und die Casa na Rocha war bisher das schönste!

Tolles Haus, wunderbare Ferien!

Das Haus ist einfach wundervoll! So eine tolle Unterkunft hatten wir noch nie! Super Aufteilung der Zimmer, jeder hatte seinen Bereich, viel Platz, alles sauber und ordentlich. (Deutschsprachiger) Lesestoff in großen Mengen, Spiele, Reiseführer... alles da. Klimaanlage leise und gut einstellbar. Die Küche war besser ausgestattet als meine eigene :-). Und Salz, Pfeffer, Gewürze, Zucker, Kaffee, Nudeln, Alufolie - eine Grundausstattung (eigentlich mehr als nur eine Grundausstattung) war vorhanden, machte das Ankommen sehr einfach, wenn man beim ersten Einkauf nicht gleich an alles gedacht hatte. Wie immer im Süden muss man die Ameisen respektieren - sie verzeihen keine Unaufmerksamkeit ;-). Sobald Essensreste stehen bleiben, sind sie da. Die Kinder haben den Pool geliebt und wir Erwachsenen die Aussicht, den Grill und die Ruhe. Sehr hilfreich war auch das Hausbuch, drei Restaurants haben wir ausprobiert, alle sehr gut. Estoi ist ein guter Ausgangspunkt für kleinere und größere Ausfahrten. Ein Auto sollte man für den Aufenthalt im Haus auf jeden Fall dabei haben. Wir sind sehr gern nach Fuseta an den Strand gefahren, das war für uns die naheste und angenehmste Variante. Es war ein wirklich schöner Urlaub, wir haben es alle sehr genossen! Und wir würden das Casa na Rocha jederzeit wieder buchen!!!
