Live the Portland dream in this modern, stylish and truly one of a kind home! Featured in the MODERN HOMES tour and designed by the brilliant Skylab Architecture, the "Skyline Residence" makes you feel as though you're floating over Forest Park. If you google "Skylab Skyline" you'll find numerous press articles applauding its' cutting edge architecture and design. Located in the Northwest Heights, just up the hill from NW Portland, the Pearl and downtown, this home features stunning views of the Willamette Valley and the Oregon Coast Range. A true urban retreat that gives you privacy, nature, and modern design.

I love so many things about this home, but the view is probably my favorite! Large, floor to ceiling windows look out at Forest Park, making you feel like you are truly in nature. At night, you can enjoy the city lights as you curl up on the couch with a nice glass of wine. During the day, this home floods with gorgeous natural light.

This home has 3 stories. The main level is open floor plan with an oversized living room area, a state of the art kitchen where an awning seems to rise out of the wood floor (which is fashioned from a reclaimed basketball court) and an adjoining dining room - perfect for hosting dinners and small gatherings. Upstairs we have 3 very colorful and whimsical bedrooms, each with their own unique decor. The master has a king bed and an adjoining bathroom with an oversized tub and shower, as well as a spacious walk in closet. The "Flower Power" bedroom has a king bed. "Zen" bedroom has a queen bed and an oversized bench that can be used as an extra bed. These two bedrooms have ample shelving and closet space and are connected by a large bathroom with a shower and bathtub. Upstairs we also have a laundry nook with a brand new washer and dryer and a rooftop porch - perfect for summer time chilling!

This home is the ultimate basecamp for all your Portland adventures - I hope you'll enjoy it as much as I do!
