Villa KOALA is a modern, fully equipped home that was completely renovated in 2020 and is located in Fão. It is situated 100 metres from the beaches of Ofir and features a tree-lined garden with a large pool; the entire property is secured by an electric gate. The villa is located in a private, gated community of 8 villas, which also features an electric gate.<br>All bedrooms are “hotel-style” suites. Indoor and outdoor play areas are available.

This is a beautiful Villa with all you need for your stay with family or friends, very comfortable in all aspects, each room with bathroom and another bathroom at the social area, also a play room. The area have restaurants, grocery stores, bakeries, pharmacy etc around and near, the beach just one step from the house, the pool very big and the garden very well keep it and peaceful. The communication with Samuel the owner was excellent and he was very kind. Have to say that Ricardo Gomez the host, was all the time in contact with us and give us a lot of recommendations, very educated and very nice. Just need more days to stay because is a house thats worthy. Highly recommended if you want to stay in Ofir. Thank you very much.

Wonderful Family Retreat in Fão – Ideal Location and Excellent Hospitality

Our family had a delightful stay at this spacious four-bedroom villa in Fão, Portugal. The villa is perfectly situated, just 50 metres from the pristine Ofir Beach, allowing for easy and frequent beach visits. The private pool provided a refreshing retreat, and the ample parking made our stay hassle-free.The villa was well-equipped with all the essentials needed for a comfortable stay. Ricardo, our local host, was exceptional—friendly, attentive, and always ready to offer helpful recommendations, enhancing our overall experience.We took advantage of the villa’s prime location to explore the beautiful northern region of Portugal. Amazing Villa

Had a fantastic stay at this beautiful villa, really was just amazing, it was very clean and just as pictured, with the exception of the swing set in the sand is no longer their, could see this dismantled at the back of the property so recently done, and didnt effect our stay as our kids loved the pool. Very good child friendly property as the garden is enclosed and pool has cover for safety. Our contact Ricardo was fantastic and can not praise him enough, supported check in, gave recommendations for local resturants and supported us booking a taxi to the airport. Any queries were quickly dealt with, for example the pool wasnt heated initially and we did find it quite cold, once asked this was turned on the following morning which was alot better. Property is right next to the beach which the kids loved, their are resturants near by but it is a quiet area not very touristy, so need to venture further away for more resturants and days out. Liked the little touches, like the travel cot set up for the infant and baby towel provided, the fruit bowl was fantasic and loved by us all. Would fully reccomend this villa, had everything needed for a great holiday. 👍

Prachtig huis op mooie plek

We hebben samen met een ander gezin een heerlijk verblijf gehad. Het contact met de host was heel fijn, reageert snel en geeft tips vr dingen in de buurt Enige vervelende is dat er camera’s buiten hangen en dat vinden wij niet horen in een huis dat je verhuurt. Nadat we dit hadden aangegeven hebben ze dit verholpen. Dank vr de heerlijke week

Schöne Villa, gut ausgerüstet, an guter Lage

Super gemütlich, hatten im Haus alles was wir wollten, Kontaktperson vor Ort bei Fragen und Wünschen war schnell und freundlich. Super Lage, Strand gleich nebenan. Gute Restaurants in der Nähe.

Great Villa in a good location. Stay at the pool or head down to the beach. We had a fun family week - good location for Kitesurfing in the estuary. We had many BBQ's and went to local restaurants. Great Holiday

Tolle Location super Haus

In der Überschrift steht bereits alles drin Das Haus war ideal für zwei Familien mit den 4 Schlafzimmer inkl. Badezimmer. Die Lage ist auch perfekt. 2 Minuten vom Strand entfernt als auch einige Restaurants fußläufig erreichbar. Außerdem das nette Städtchen Esposende in wenigen Minuten mit dem Auto erreichbar Alles super

Bien ubicada y verdaderamente con capacidad para alojar cómodamente a 10 personas. Ricardo encargado de recibir a los huéspedes estuvo muy atento durante nuestra estancia.
