Football field beautiful manor house "Pena", built in 1890, renovated in 2017. Barqueiros 10 km from the centre of Esposende, 12 km from the centre of Barcelos, 6 km from the sea, 4 km from the river. Private: property 650 m2 (fenced) with lawn, swimming pool (10 x 5 m, depth 170 cm, seasonal availability: 01.Jan. - 31.Dec.) with salt-electrolysis pool-cleaning system. Outdoor shower, beach volleyball, pool maintenance by the owner/gardener. In the house: billiard table. Stepped path to the house. Public parking. Supermarket 1 km, restaurant 800 m, bus stop 3 km, sandy beach "Apúlia" 6 km. The owner does not accept any youth groups.
"Pena", 7-room house 230 m2 on 3 levels. Beautiful and antique furnishings: billiard room with satellite TV and hi-fi system. 1 room with 1 french bed. 1 room with 2 beds. 2 showers/WC. Upper floor: (exterior staircase) living/dining room with dining table. 1 room with 1 french bed. 1 room with 2 beds (100 cm). Kitchen (oven, dishwasher, 4 gas rings, kettle, microwave, freezer, electric coffee machine) with dining table. Shower/WC. 2nd upper floor: 1 room with Dressing room with 1 french bed. Shower/WC. Electric heating, air-conditioning. Heating not available in all rooms. Wooden floors. Terrace. Terrace furniture, barbecue, deck chairs (6), box-room. Facilities: washing machine, iron, children's high chair, baby cot. Internet (WiFi, free). Please note: non-smokers only. Fire extinguisher. No internal connecting door between the floors. 78782/AL

Not enough stars to give this property, a clear 100%. It is in immaculate condition, owners greeted us and super helpful. They were nearby but did not intrude. Ground floor cinema was a win in the evening but there is plenty of room for everyone to spread out. Pool area was beautiful, bathrooms inside were spotless, I could go on all day. AMAZING PROPERTY AND LOCATION, IS A MUST VISIT!

Las fotos son nos muestran la realidad del entorno . Jardín y finca muy cuidada. La casa restaurada estupendamente. Se encuentra en una zona tranquila y a un paso para conocer diferentes zonas bonitas de Portugal. Los dueños, encantadores; muy amables y dispuestos a facilitar en todo lo necesario. Una semana provechosa , aunque se nos ha hecho corta. Sólo nos queda dar las gracias a Augusto y su esposa. Un placer conocerles.

Les hotes, Augusto et Maria etaient tres acceuillants et sympathiques. Villa Pena tres bien equipee. Nous voudrons y retourner pour un sejour plus long! Barqueira est quelques pas de la maison avec tous ce qu'on veut. La plage tres belle, a Apulia, avec nombreuses magasins et restaurants, a environs 6 k de distance. Merci aux hotes pour leur assistance quand j'ai eu besoin de visiter une dentiste!

Maison au top du top. Absolument tout confort. Aucun point négatif. Si l'occasion se présente à nouveau, nous y retournerons sans hésiter et avec grand plaisir. Il y a de quoi plaire à tous les âges, enfants, jeunes, moins jeunes et personnes plus âgées. Notre séjour chez A. fut parfait.
