Initial Supplies include: Dishwasher soap, small washing machine powder, each bathroom has amenities (like hotel but NOT restocked) shampoo, conditioner, soap bar. One roll of toilet paper in each bathroom and one paper towel roll in the kitchen. All bed linens and towels are provided. We encourage guests to bring beach towels for use at the pool and beach.

Great location

Calypso Towers are right in the area we wanted to be. We walked to Pier Park almost every day and tried out a different restaurant on each trip. Close to Walmart and Target for food shopping. Really enjoyed Island Time Dolphin and Sunset Cruise that the booking agent, Panhandle Getaways, suggested. Perfect weather this time of year too.

Over 50's Adult's long weekend

Venue was awesome. Proximity to bars and restaurants great. Floors were filthy (not sand). Mattresses were worn out. Not so comfortable. Would stay again.

Mixed feelings

The condo is in a Great location but needs more upgrades to make everything more comfortable. Cooking ware was in bad shape, knifes were very dull, AC issues, list goes on.

Family Vacation

Over all the room was awesome but the floors where filthy after taking a bath had to put socks or shoes on if not everyone's feet was black. I had to go buy stuff to clean the floor also the shower door in the remaster bath doesn't close at the bottom causing athe water to run out making a puddle on the floor which we slipped several times. I think the need to update items in the kitchen had pots with no lids also containers with no lids hard to store food with no lids other then that everything was fine we had an awesome time and would stay again

Room review

Room size was great! Very spacious since it was an end unit, those are always a little bigger ! **first unit right by the elevator , huge plus, we loved that! Washer and dryer looked like a new set, very nice! A/c was super noisy Paint was chipping off of multiple cabinets. Could use a little tlc fixing up! Floor was pretty dirty, along with dirty hand marks on almost every door. Mold/mildew spots on ceiling above shower in master. Also 1 of the stand up showers leaked onto the floor Refrigerator took quite some time to get drinks cold. Other than those few things listed, it’s a great spot…

Needs cleaning and updating

Property seem perfect upon arrival. Upon inspection I noticed the floors felt grimy, there is black mildew in the master shower tile and on the ceiling. There was old shower doors under the master bedroom bed. the master closet had old suitcases and cabinet doors stored in it. The headboards need to be mounted to the bed more securely in both bedrooms. Every time you move in the bed, the headboard bangs the wall. Too many remotes that do not control TV. The washer and dryer combo was awesome! And I like the fact that I had access to the vacuum cleaner. Perfect location!

Very disappointed

I'm 100% not satisfied with out room. The location was absolutely perfect..couldn't ask for better! Within 20 min of us arriving our feet were black on the bottom because the floor was filthy. Called to get a mop and had to clean the floors myself. The master bathroom was awesome! So spacious..wish mine at home was laid out this way. The tub barely drained so you eventually had water above your ankles and the glass shower door doesn't close properly so of course water leaks all in the floor. Both showers have black on the caulk. Then my girls go to pull out the sofa bed. HORRIBLE!!! I wouldn't let my dogs on this. So my husband goes to Walmart at 10:30 to buy a blow up mattress. For the price of this room we shouldn't have had these issues!
