BAY FRONT - BAY LEVEL - PRIVATE PATIO - 2 CAR GARAGE - LOCATION, LOCATION. Upscale and beautifully furnished bay front condominium with 3 bedrooms and 2 baths. Spacious Living room with open kitchen, counter bar and dining area. Large master suite with walk-in closet, cable TV, and King bed. Master bath with dual sinks, private shower and separate bathtub/shower. Two additional bedrooms, one with queen and one with king convertible to twin. Well furnished with lots of closet space and cable TV.
Private 2 car garage with remote opener. Washer/dryer. Secured wifi. Fully stocked kitchen with dishwasher, 30" gas range, french door refrigerator, dishes, utensils, cooking ware, and plenty of wine glasses. :-)

Step outside to a private patio with cushioned seating, fire table, dining table and private BBQ. Walk through the privacy gate and step onto the sand. Enjoy the provided beach chairs, beach toys, umbrella or take a ride on one of the 4 bicycle beach cruisers.

Walk a block for breakfast at Mission Restaurant. Also in close vicinity is A Better Buzz Coffee, Saskas Steak and Seafood, Guava Beach burgers, Ms. B’s, and others. Sports shops, shopping, markets and other retail nearby.

Directly across from Mission Bay Sports Center which is next to the Santa Clara Recreation Center and Mission Bay Aquatic Center. Great view for evening Sea World fireworks (summer only). Sea World and Belmont Park and just minutes away.

Venture out to the San Diego Zoo, Balboa Park, LegoLand, or tour the USS Midway museum, Scripps Aquarium, or so many more things to do.

Beautiful stay on the bay. Plenty of room inside and on the patio. We loved spending time by the fire ring and cooking on the bbq. Kitchen very well stocked. We’ll be back.

Location location location

Now that we are older this was perfect! Love the bayside! Much more mellow and quiet! Great for families w small kids or people done with the loud party scene. The location was awesome! One of the best we’ve stayed at in the area. We don’t really cook while we are there, but this kitchen was gorgeous and stocked very well. Very clean! Easy check in! Loved the fire pit! Nicely stocked! Just a heads up there was only shampoo, no soap or body gel or conditioner so we had to go get some…also only one pillow per person for the master, but we drove over so had an extra which we did need. There was an extra pillow in the closet but no extra pillow case. But other than that everything was perfect! Lots of toys and beach stuff if you bring a family and we used the bikes a lot! Highly recommended!

Wonderful property!

We really enjoyed our stay here! Very clean house that had everything including bikes, beach chairs, towels, and family games! Loved the fire pit right on the bay! Check in/out process very easy. We will definitely stay here again!

Peace in Chaos

Our family of four had to cancel two 2020 vacations and decided to try a nearby beach. What a find! The place was beautiful and comfortable. We enjoyed water sports, boardwalk skates, and dinner on the patio. Very quiet and peaceful....loved it!

Great location!

House was great and really enjoyed our Stu right on the bay in San Diego! Greasy food/coffee around and just across the street from the ocean. Due to being centrally located right on the boardwalk, expect some noises/people around into the night and early morning if you like to leave windows open. Owners were great when we reached out with questions and some basic amenities missing. Would definitely stay here again!

It was a very roomy and modern place, right on the baywalk as described. We were very pleased with the amenities, the location and it was nice to stay in a place that has A/C.

Great vacation spot for families

The home is beautiful and perfect for families like ours. Being 8 months pregnant it was easy walking to the beach right out front and close to restaurants, coffee Spots and shops. We also had a 18 month old with us and the location was perfect for him. The house has bikes, sand toys, umbrellas and eveything you’d need to make yourself comfortable For a week. The only downfall was the ceiling is thin and we could hear everything the people above us were doing. Other than that, we loved our stay. Natalie was so helpful with everything, super responsive.

The home was in a great location, if you like people watching and being around lots of activities. My family rented paddle boards and enjoyed the accommodation. The home was nice and clean and plenty of room for 5 of us. The host was responsive and gave great instructions. Thank you!
