Everything was great! Be prepared to sleep with all windows open to really enjoy the breeze, and bring ear plugs because there is always one or two knucklehead groups somewhere in the area late at night. A stunner otherwise.

Our family had a wonderful time! Location and view of beach was perfect! Host was just a text away. Would have given 5 stars for property cleanliness but the patio area just didn’t meet the same cleanliness standards as the house itself. As soon as I let host know about patio area they sent someone to clean it up. Family looking forward to coming back next year!

Perfect location

Steve, Banesa, Cyril and Natalia were all wonderfully helpful and quick to respond to questions. The location was fantastic. Listening to the waves crash and feeling the ocean breeze was heaven at night. In the time during our stay, there was a surf competition, skateboard competition and festival, and a concert that all took place right by the condo and was great to experience but didn’t stay too loud too late at night. We also loved Belmont Amusement Park which is just a short walking distance up the boardwalk. Plenty of coffee and breakfast burrito options within walking distance as well and a bus to take you to SeaWorld and Gaslamp if needed. We are grateful to have found such a perfect spot for vacation!
