Situated in a very quiet location in a charming cul-de-sac, close to the centre of the village of Varengeville-sur-mer, this pleasant house has been entirely renovated with beautiful materials and quality bedding. Linen included, beds made on arrival.

The garden, which overlooks a small wood, is fully fenced and is a great place for your four-legged friends to play.

The house is the starting point for many walks through the woods, and it is so good to curl up by the magnificent pellet stove in the living room.

The centre of the village, with its shops and restaurants, is 200 metres away, and the beautiful beach of Varengeville can be reached within 1 km via the lovely sunken paths that characterise this charming village.

+ Das Haus liegt ruhig in einer Sackgasse. Der große umzäunte Garten ist mit Hunden ideal. Die Terrasse ist so ausgerichtet, dass man den ganzen Tag Sonne hat. Matratzen waren gut. - Die Fenster kann man nicht kippen. Es gibt nur einen kleinen Schrank, kleines Regal und eine Kleiderstange oben für die Kleider. Auch keine Haken oder Garderobe für Jacken. Die Küche ist vollgepackt mit Geschirr, Töpfen und Kochutensilien. Hier mussten wir erst einmal umräumen, damit wir unsere Lebensmittel noch unterbringen konnten. Der große Kühlschrank mit Gefrierfach ist toll. Der Pelletofen hat gut funktioniert.

La maison est très agréable à vivre, fonctionnelle et d'une propreté irréprochable. Les plus : le jardin et le calme de l'impasse ! Idéal pour un couple avec enfant(s) Nous avons rencontré quelques soucis avec le poêle à bois, qui était déréglé et avons dû faire intervenir le propriétaire (le problème n'a jamais vraiment été réglé). Au delà de réviser le poêle, il serait intéressant de laisser une notice à l'attention des locataires pour expliquer les grandes lignes de son fonctionnement (et notamment de la télécommande associée). Autre suggestion : mettre à disposition un tapis de bain (il est demandé de fournir les serviettes, mais ce n'est pas évident pour le tapis de bain) et des torchons de cuisine. Enfin, cela n'a pas été un problème pour nous, mais cela n'est visible ni sur les photos, ni dans l'annonce que la chambre de l'étage n'est pas close (pas de porte). Cela est à préciser je pense pour éviter les mauvaises surprises (notamment quand on a des enfants afin de pouvoir les isoler de la lumière et du bruit du rez-de-chausssée).
