Offering unobstructed views and surrounded by flowers, the Pissenlits et Coquelicots (Dandelions and Poppies) cottage is situated in an exceptional natural setting, slightly removed from the small village of Freycenet-Lacuche.

Surrounded by meadows, the property includes the cottage with its large, unfenced grounds (2700 m²) and private terrace (26 m²), located at the end of a traditional farmhouse which also houses the owners' holiday home, as well as a large, adjoining cottage with no overlooking neighbors.

Nearby: Les Estables (7 km) (winter sports resort, paragliding), Le Monastier (12 km) (church, abbey castle, museum of popular beliefs, bungee jumping at the Recoumène viaduct, brass band festival, all shops and services). The ground floor features a welcoming living room/kitchen (TV, DVD player, sofa bed) opening onto a paved terrace at the rear, and a WC.

On the first floor are two bedrooms (one with a double bed, one with a queen bed) and a shower room with toilet.
