Charmant Gite Neuf Avec Beau Panorama en Pleine Nature

Charming new and bright cottage located in a small village in the heart of Velay exposed to the rising and setting sun with magnificent views.
Ideal for a green and quiet stay in all seasons in this little corner of paradise.
The day room, with a surface area of 70 m², with a large opening, takes you to the beautiful Mézenc plateau.
You are at the foot of hiking, mountain biking, trail trails....

The Gite includes:

- Upstairs a large room:
- Lounge area (sofa, coffee table and TV)
- Dining area with fully equipped kitchen: Induction hob/ Oven/ Microwave/ Fridge-freezer/ Dishwasher/ Coffee machine/Kettle/ Toaster/ Cookware and kitchen utensils/ Raclette set

- On the ground floor:
- 1 bedroom with 1 double bed (140x190)
- 1 cabin bedroom with 1 double bed (140x190)
and 1 bunk bed for 2 people (90 x190)
- Bathroom with shower and large double sink
- Separate toilet
A garden shed is at your disposal to store your equipment (skis, bikes.....) in complete safety.

Cleaning is the responsibility of the tenant

Un grand merci à Corinne ! Très beau gîte avec une vue incroyable, on n'a pas envie de repartir. Il y a absolument tout dans le logement pour passer un agréable séjour. Petit bémol cependant concernant la literie, qui mériterait d'être revue. Les lits actuels gagneraient à passer sur une taille standard en 160 cm. Rien de grave, mais pour des personnes de taille et de poids tout à fait standards comme nous, le manque de confort m'a obligé à finir mes nuits dans le canapé. Malgré ce point, le séjour reste très positif !

Habitation faite pour les amoureux de la nature, beau panorama et tranquillité assurée. Beaucoup de sites historiques ou naturels à visiter dans les environs.Séjour au top !

Une vue splendide qui vous fait déconnecter instantanément du tumulte des grandes villes. Je suis restée que quelques jours mais le dépaysement est total. La maison est très jolie, agréable, bien équipée. L'hôte est très arrangeante et super sympa. J'y retournerai avec grand plaisir.

Nous avons passé un formidable séjour à Arsac en Velay. Le gîte est très confortable, avec une vue magnifique. Très bien placé, à proximité des principaux lieux de visites et randonnées. Nous nous y sommes sentis très bien. Et la communication avec Corinne fut parfaite.

Escapade weekend roi de l'oiseau

Nous avons trouvé ce gîte pour héberger des amis le temps d un weekend afin de leur faire découvrir les fêtes du roi de l'oiseau, c était une solution idéale. Arrivée tardive et départ décalé bien géré avec la propriétaire à l'écoute et hébergement spacieux, cadre privilégié. Belle expérience.

Gite a 15 minutes du Puy-en-Velay, au calme entouré de la nature. Installation parfaite. Propriétaire au top , d'une grande gentillesse et a l'écoute. Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans ce gîte. La vue panoramique est magnifique. La propriétaire est adorable. Un ventilateur serait une bonne idée pour l'été et la télé donne des signes de fatigue. Mais je recommande ce gîte à 100%.

Très beau gîte rien a redire les propriétaires sont très sympathiques et a l'écoute de vos besoins. Le gîte est idéalement situé pour visiter la région ou pour être au calme lorsque vous êtes sur place. Si vous aimez la nature, cest l'endroit idéal pour passer un bon sejour.

Nous avons passé 15 jours dans cet endroit très calme et très ressourçant. La vue sur la montagne est magnifique. L'intérieur est très grand et très bien aménagé. Les proprietaires sont agréables et ont tout fait pour que notre sejour se passe au mieux.
